The manager hired employees from temp services, paid minimum wage and no benefits. If you were hurt on the job and applied for workers comp they would fill out the necessary forms, do everything right, but afterwards tell the temp agency not to send you back. I knew and employee who worked there for 5 years in the urethane pump room and was still only making $10.75.

No employee appreciation, all contests are rigged and it's a friends and family benefits place. You don't mean nothing unless you know or are related to someone in there. Anyone can get hired here, no grade 12,  can't read, write or speak English no problem. Can miss as many days as you want, take vacation for months at a time. As long as you don't miss three days in a row, you won't be fired.

I worked at QM plastics for a short while. My coworkers and management were good to work with. The job walk alright a little physically demanding but it was manageable. The problem with the work place it after working there for a month. I took one day off for an interview and was replaced the next day without notice until I showed up for work.

The  most enjoyable of my job is welding parts together and packing them the time goes faster

• Inspection of different automotive parts for its defects
• Mark the inventory and make a report for scrap rate
• Put products in perfect orientation and assist the forklift to place them in inventory
• Carry the inspection with different gauges for the products of injection molding process

14.00/hour and you get day off on your birthday. It's always nice when you start a new job thinking everything is going good until you're couple months in and finally understand what type of environment you are in.

I was not employed with this company long enough to determine the benefits.  This was a temporary position through a personnel agency and my contract expired.

VERY FAST PACED,ODOR HARD TO GET USE TO.WAGE VERY LOW,WORK LOAD HIGHLY DEMANDING,NO OPERTUINTY FOR ADVANCEMENT.I LEARD THAT PEOPLE DONOT ALWAY DO THIER PART AS TEAMPLAYERS.

this was a well kept and clean company i had ever worked for. employees were very welcoming and the office staff was nice. Good place to work for and overall no complaints

No comment. Management didn't care about safety. Till I arrived and made progress. Young workforce. Once they got a paycheck the workers didn't come back party time
