It's a pretty good company to work for that seems to genuinely care about its staff. You don't feel like just another employee - management respects and values input from everyone and is pretty transparent about company operations. 

Everyone seems to get along, it doesn't have the toxicity of some other workplaces. Even though I work from home often, I actually want to go to the office to see colleagues. The environment is very collaborative.

Benefits are decent, not amazing, but good enough. RRSP matching is nice, as is the Christmas week shutdown.

Company is constantly growing and hiring, no worries of job security as long as you're doing your job well.

Hi.  I work in the IT area and been at QMC almost a year.  The staff and management at QMC are terrific and really build a sense of family there.

Yes, the "work" may not be as romantic as other companies, but when you see the passion people put into their work, it does make things exciting.

I'm just being honest here for new hires.  It really is a great company with a great leadership team.  Everyone i've met has been terrific and we do lots of fun company outings.  :)

Working at QMC is an interesting challenge to your time management skills; My position led to having 5 different managers I reported to, leading to a large scope of work. 

However, it also allowed me to become an extremely well-rounded marketer, leading to a deep understanding of how QMC works.

The people are great, but working here is not for the faint of heart - You will be challenged, but pressure makes diamonds!

I have enjoyed working at QMC. The management really cares about their employees. There are a number of team building events. It is great working for a company that care about the environment and provides solutions industries to reduce our carbon footprint.

This is one of the few jobs I've had, where I'm excited about coming into work. All of my colleagues are professional and helpful, and each interaction makes me better at my job. I am new in this field, but I am very happy to bring my warehouse experience to the team. Each day has been enjoyable, and I am excited to see what the future has in store for QMC.
