QUALITY CLASSROOMS

I initially began working for Quality Classrooms as a full time summer term employee in April of 2022. I absolutely loved the work I did there in the warehouse. It was perfect for an autistic person like myself who struggles pretty severely with high stress environments and social interactions. I made friendships here that extended outside of work and I had zero complaints that summer.
Flash forward to summer of 2024, I was contacted by THEM asking if I would like to return to my previous position as they were aware that I was seeking summer employment. I happily accepted and began in May. Operations Management had changed, a couple of people I knew before had moved up the ranks and therefore their standards had become way more strict. I was fired with absolutely zero warning due to EXPLAINED absences related to my health issues and doctor's appointments. Upper management did not accept my further explanation for this and asked me to pack up my things and leave immediately after I had already arrived at work for the day. 
I was extremely blindsided by this and unfortunately I was too focused on not bursting into tears that I was unable to question their decision further or defend myself. 
It may just be a summer job but it was the perfect fit for a person like me and I am honestly devastated because it is a challenge to find work that neurodivergent people can handle :/ I will thoroughly miss my absolutely exceptional Team Lead, the new coworkers I met this year, and the owners. 


Quality Classrooms was an incredible experience. There is always opportunity for advancement and they will hire internally before they get someone else.

It can be a VERY stressful place to work, but this is due to the booms you get throughout the school year. The management is phenomenal at working with you to get you on the right track. Show that you care and you genuinely are trying and they will work with you. I'll admit I did crack under pressure a bit but I truly believe this is because I took on a little more than I was ready for. My manager was very confident in me for the position, but I also transferred from the warehouse into the office at an extremely busy time. So it was no one's fault, things just happen sometimes. 

Regardless, everyone was dedicated to helping each other succeed. You can advance internally, or take the opportunity of a stepping stone by spending a few years there. 

The family that owns the company are incredible people who make a point to say good morning and good afternoon every day. I think that shows they genuinely care. 

I'll admit it can get crazy, and sometimes managers are a little busy to help you, but the other staff are always happy to lend a hand. 

Having experienced both sides of the company, warehouse and office, I can truly say any spot you take will be one you will enjoy and learn loads from. 

I believe there are benefits, as they had begun right before I had left/covid hit.

Oh and they do little things for all of the staff every now and again which is very sweet. 

Quality Classrooms is the best job I ever had. 
This was my first real accounting job right after I graduated. Despite not having much experience in the field, They've given me an opportunity to prove myself. When I started it was nerve wracking but the people I worked with helped me get through the process. 

It maybe a small/medium size business but I've learned so much from this company. 
Quality Classrooms has helped me understand better in-depth business processes that is not within the scope of my job like customer service, sales and operations.  

But what I really loved about working at QC is the great sense of camadarie among the people I've worked with which fostered mutual respect and understanding within the company. The strong sense of community that I've been looking for from my past jobs, I have found it here. 

I've worked with highly motivated people that are very passionate about their work and they've inspired me to do better at my job. 

Management have also been a great support system for me especially during the busy times. They would listen to your concerns and they'll act on it. If you're having too much workload they would always send someone to help you every time or they'll jump in right away to help. You'll always be a part of a team and you'll never feel that you're on your own. 

I enjoyed my time working here at Quality Classrooms. It could be stressful sometimes but it was always fun. 

I started at Quality Classrooms with very little experience and was so lucky they gave me a chance. The management was very patient with my training and made my success top priority. 

The customers you deal with daily being mainly teachers, secretaries, and daycare staff are so nice and make the job so enjoyable. 

There are 4 departments: Operations, Warehouse, Customer Care, and Marketing with 2 managers. Since we are smaller teams, it is easy to communicate, and build relationships with your immediate coworkers, although they do a great job of uniting every department as a whole. 

The busy season can be very overwhelming, but the management steps up to help you prioritize and lend a helping hand

I owe my whole professional career to Quality Classrooms and the managers. I will forever be grateful of this opportunity and the friendships I made along the way.

Everyone at Quality Classrooms wants you to succeed. Your colleagues, your managers, the owners, everyone. Managers and leads offer regular feedback for development and growth. The work/life balance is good, as the hours are Monday to Friday during the day, which leaves evenings and weekends totally free for personal time. There is a mix of in-office, hybrid and remote positions and plenty of opportunity for growth. The owners are incredible people, who foster a positive environment. It is a fast-pace, and perfect for someone who thrives in a goal-oriented environment. 

When I started at QC, I was beginning a career in a new field. The company is small enough that I had an opportunity to perform tasks in multiple different areas and gain a lot of good experience. Having said that, the company is also large enough to provide growth and advancement opportunities to those that excel in their role. 

Management recognizes positive contributions, are supportive, and are easy to talk to. There is a real family feel  throughout all levels of the organization. The people and atmosphere really set the company apart from others. They are very inclusive and culturally diverse. 

Quality Classrooms is a great place to start a career. The management was supportive, caring, and it was a very positive environment to work in with lots of new experiences and new challenges that helped me grow as an employee and individual. Fantastic co-workers and a great team. I’m thankful for my experience here. 

However, unfortunately the raises and wages are very limited making it hard to support yourself financially, and while your duties and responsibilities may increase, your compensation does not which feels discouraging. 

Great job to start in your field and wonderful opportunity to gain meaningful experience and personal/career development!

During my time at quality classrooms, I enjoyed working alongside my coworkers in the workplace environment. When expressing my needs or worries, the management was very open and listened and improved on areas that I was concerned with. The overall work community was very welcoming, as during the summer months, there were multiple work gatherings and events for their employees hard work 

Working at Quality Classrooms was a valuable professional experience that allowed me to develop new ideas and grow professionally. I felt supported by management, which boosted my confidence and encouraged me to work collaboratively with my team. The daily touch bases and monthly reviews were especially helpful in keeping me on track. I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked there.

It was really nice working there. I gained a lot of experience and my confidence has improved. All the coworkers were very nice. It was recommended we touch base briefly each morning to set daily progress goals. It helped me to adapt the changes easily where I can work under pressure with positive attitude and detail oriented.
