Great workplace culture, they have many people working more that 20 years and in every department. People here are friendly and supportive. I learned a lot here and able to switch my position for better. Management considers input from even newly joined candidates. Dedication and Hardwork is recognized by management. Veteran team members are helpful in teaching newly hired ones. Management is approachable and flexible when I needed to work different shifts. There are times when is very busy, but they don't charge and put more work on employees, they hire temporary workers to ease out the work.

I liked the one month of working at Que Pasa, it taught me a lot. I had never had a real job before that so all I had was volunteer experience. Working even for a month helped me a lot. I worked a 12 hour shift, overall the job is good besides the extra long hours and the heat inside the factory due to the ovens being on all day. Que Pasa was high on safety, the co-workers were super nice and caring, they didn't make feel left out, always felt included.

Fast paced energetic work i love and keeps you fit. Overall very nice people who are happy and do their best everyday! I work through a temp agency regularly since 2018 and people at this company are there long time. Clean and serious about health and quality. I give it a 5 stars unconditionally.

Very friendly environment, fair wages, very good extended benefits, Safety bonus, product purchase on discount, Safety committee, Employee association lots of positive side for hard working people, 

Everyone was there to help each other in finishing production. The employees were easy to talk to despite the diverse culture. But when they moved from Richmond to Delta, there was a shift in culture.

Clear work schedule, foreman are always ready to help and teach, quite friendly and calm staff.
The hard part is the routine work.
In general, an ordinary job for an appropriate salary.
