I was referred to Quadra by an employee that had been with the company for twelve years and raved about her experience here. Now that I have been with the company for nearly three years myself, I can attest to all the great things she said about Quadra and its culture. 

This is a company that truly puts its people first, basing every decision on how it will impact employees, customers and suppliers. The environment is fun and collaborative, and people are happy to be working with each other toward common goals.

I have worked for some great companies throughout my career, but none like Quadra. Quadra is family-owned, and despite its remarkable growth, maintains its family feel. Many companies talk about their values, but we really live them here every day. 

When I hear about a new hire, I am excited for them because I know they are about to embark on a wonderful, enriching professional journey.  

No real opportunity for career advancement and development, It's a joke.
Any hiring or promotion is a turtle like process (very slow)
Referral bonus is great if they are willing to hire yours (they will rather try to hire someone with no forklift experience rather than someone's referral)
Lots of disgruntled employees which management are well aware but no action has been done.
They are on top of health & safety for showcase but prefer to keep an employee that has been an issue on safety, productivity and damaged products and guess what, management are well aware of it too.

Culture is great - they care about their employees
We have great benefits + flex days + pension plan
Never had layoffs for economical reasons
Salary at market + everyone receive a bonus every year
Trainings offered and paid internally and externally
Management is humble and accessible
Food truck, BBQ, Holiday celebrations, years of services monetary offer etc.


When you start, you get a swag bag, and the boss buys lunch. Was a great job until my three kids got the flu, then myself and spouse. Unfortunately, I had to miss some work due to the family throwing up. I offered to go to the walk in and get a doctors note. Got fired instead. Was still sick when they fired me. No warning, no anything, just if you get sick and miss any work, you're let go. 


I love working at Quadra. It's a place that continually supports growth and learning, but also has a healthy and positive work environment. The people are what makes the company really special. Everyone genuinely cares to make an impact in their role and work as one team. And with the professional atmosphere, comes also the fun aspect! The team and management are always supportive of having fun! 

I have been with Quadra for almost two years and am fortunate to have found a company that fosters my professional interests and ambitions. Being in the early stages of my career, continuous learning and a supportive work environment are something I value in an employer, and at Quadra, both are at the forefront of every day. 

Quadra is a good place to work. Management is generally very approachable, respectful and open. Every one is expected to pull their weight and cooperation is encouraged. Safety is always at the forefront and there are solid core values in place. There is also a great sense of competitiveness and a focus to improvement. 

Collaboration across departments and across all levels is natural at Quadra.

It's literally impossible to be bored at Quadra!  We are involved in so many exciting projects and events, there's a place for everyone's talent and vision!

Working at Quadra was one of the best company's to work for. The company's philosophy is all about creating a great work-life environment. Fostering personal and professional growth, Quadra was a place where I was able to develop and sharpen all of the skills necessary to get the job done right. Setting us up for success was Quadra's motto and I am glad to have worked there!
