Typical day is always busy, and i have learned through out the day in everyday that are a lot of dishonest production workers with out having noticed by management, a blunt truth to this is that most of them are resting inside the toilet cubicle, at least 3 to five times a day in a minimum of 10 minutes per visit - this is the most disgusting part of this place, totally unfair for people who are working hard to meet the required production. Not only they are resting inside the toilet cubicle doing nothing and get paid for it, they also wasted tones of toilet tissue and mostly just being thrown on the floor. Where are the boys in the management? God knows where they are. Cell phone are typically being used during working hours both in the change room and toilet cubicles, there are four toilet cubicles and in every 15 minutes we have a Full House - awesome scenery very good to view their shoes and socks with the tip of their pants hanging above meaning they are Not really going for real but just sitting their resting or doing nothing.
Most production workers are disgusted seeing the intentionally plugged toilet bowl with full of toilet tissue - nice !
There is no luxury things here, you buy your own safety shoes, no fridge, bring your own micro wave, no picnic table, although it is a huge property, but full of emptiness and no bunos given in December.
One good thing about this company is that, if you are looking for a long term job, you should work here as long as you do your job, you have a job to go to in every time you wake up in the morning, and I think to have a job to go to everyday is the most import aspect of everyone's life.
The fact of the matter is that, there are a lot of employees here who quit before but were re-employed again, I don't know how readers weighed it in, but it looks to me that they are willing to stay here for good. The reason why? I don't know but you can the math....

Great company to work for with a supportive team environment. I’m grateful for my experience at Qualified Metal Fabricators Ltd, especially in the QA department. I learned a lot and gained valuable hands-on experience. If you’re willing to learn and put in the effort, you will definitely do well here. Overall, a positive experience.

Work here if you want to be a part of a revolving door of employees that come and go with how the workplace is poorly run. We worked in the paint department, most painters last maybe a few months. You start off good, but the product that they paint most in incredibly tedious and has hard to reach areas. Instead of attempting to understand or assisting employees in solutions, they gaslight you to no end. Painters quit because apparently going through 30 painters makes the painters the problem, not the company.

Start your day clocking in to a work order and then following instructions as laid out. You need attention to details. 
The culture can be laid back or intense depending on the work load for that week. Often times management doesn't have good insight on what the bottlenecks are for workers.
Hardest part is working in summer, it gets pretty hot.

I worked here way back in 2016 and it was a horrible experience. 

You get paid like peanuts and they work you like dogs. The bosses go ride around on Segways because they are too lazy to walk 20 feet.

The people get treated badly and are micromanaged. Don't waste your time.  They treat you like you are below them. 

productive and a very friendly and fun place to work at, a lot of friendly coworkers. people are always willing to help you and train you.always willing to go to work in a place where you feel like family.

management are always there if there is any issue or problem.

The management seem friendly enough. It’s very political, there’s people who will actively try to get you fired but they aren’t in the offices. The work isn’t hard. Make friends, you’ll need to.

Not a good company to work for Micro monitor, too much presuure,  No benefit for the employee. More over should have micro wave for employee to warm food
