What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Upper management (who aren't even local and often not accessible), constantly changing job processes, and not even being able to make a living wage.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Everyone is worked beyond capacity and there was absolutely no year end recognition from upper management, no bonuses, nothing.

They hired people out of canada and give them all the hours instead of the people that come from here. 

Qualinet is definately not the perfect dream job I've always wanted since you only do work on demand so don't expect to work 50-60 hours every week sometimes, but it does get interesting when you work in commercial buildings for a much appreciated 18$ an hour instead of 13$/hr. Here you will learn many skills like cleaning, talking with customers and manipulating lots of machinery and chemicals. Its a great place to start but I won't go back.

A typical day at work is dealing with clients and help them and to secure them on what’s going on when a water damage, fire damage or any kind of situation regarding a disaster. 

I can tell you that working for Qualinet will bring you some positive work with a very motivated boss and a competitive salary. organized trip organization at the height of the essential need and much more truck very clean and well maintained

I loved working with Louise and her husband, they are a very nice bunch to work for.  The staff was very nice and the management is great.
