No support except schedule, very high commission cut where risking your life with extreme hasmat

The dispatchers lie too much and they mess with your pay at times

Fairly easy running most of the time usually customers equipment

Management couldn't relate to the cost of maintenance and repairs of trucks and trailers in the West as compared to costs in the East.  Possibly did not understand the economy.

I worked with quality carriers for less than a month they expect you to work 6 to 7 days a week don't expect to have any family time don't expect to be paid for waiting times or if you're stuck in traffic for for five hours Be prepared not to be paid either they're very shady on paying their drivers that's the reason why I quit

when i start working whit QC may 2014,they had enough work, very supportive management,i was very busy.
In January 2015 they lost many contracts,many owner operators,have left the company.
This moment only two of us and we are not busy.

Serious company, beautiful team work.

Winter on the road and waiting time

Loading, driving and offloading

AWSOME experience,it’s over 4 years with QC.my terminal is best I guess becuz the staff is very supportive ,never had any chance in last 4 years when I had problem my terminal was there for me no matter even I woke them up at 4am but they happily helped me and all my fellow colleagues always .

No respect for drivers, they have a lot of new drivers and don’t care about income and future older drivers.
High interest 38% from gross! Cameras around truck

No help offer to driver who needs
Dont take care of equipment 
Need new office people to get them back on track

Dispatch doesn’t treat fairly. A lot of empty miles and no compensation. Only you get Fuel surcharge for driving empty miles, sometimes more than 800 empty miles.
