A typical day of work consisted between 10 to 14hr work days of hard labour, you’ll either washout from the high expectation, but if you survive you’ll see yourself in the best shape possible.

What I believe I learned was how to navigate all the unique personalities you will encounter, there will be some crass language and banter but it all will mean well, 
they really made me feel as if I was apart of the team despite my introverted personality

The hardest part of the job was the long hours and the nonstop go go go, you must be efficient in any case the clock was ticking.
Plus always being on the road a lot of my personal relationships suffered, expect to be the absent one to those loved ones

Management was very approachable and understanding, I had met 3 different foreman’s and each of them were the man for the job, as-long as you weren’t difficult to direct, or actively causing problems, you will have a easy time!

The most enjoyable part of the job was when I was in the truck riding down the mainline to the next work area, the sights you will see can be breathtaking  in the places it will take you across the country.


Promised a 10 an 4 shift Schedule that never happened. Long hours with no home life.I would not recommend working at this company to anybody. Their expectations from every employee is to work them into the ground and pay them as little as possible. Safety practises are nonexistent

No work life balance,constant empty promises on pay
Overall a terrible place to work. Made me hate my life,  didn't give a rats but I had a family, gave guys trouble for doing things on days off because they where "on call"

Great team, great management, lots of raises if you have a good work ethic, group match rrsp, I would go back in a second if I was able to work out of town

Great company with amazing management. Worked with me to balance my home life as well as work time. Would highly recommend this company and would go back in second.
