Working for Service Canada is definitely challenging because you deal with people from different cultures, which you have to adapt yourself in order to continue to be successful. What bothered me the most about the job was the fact that there are always subject changes that the company reveals on short notice (very frequently). This has enabled a lot of agents to leave the company because of the way they operate as it pertains to operational management. The salary is what provokes a lot of employees to stay in this environment, however this is sometimes very stressful.

I feel as though there is no room for growth or appreciation in this company.

It is all work, work and work. Never any positive feedback. Always demanding.

Co-workers are all friendly and great to work with and the only satisfaction you get is when you find someone a job. That is the only rewarding part of this job.

There is no increase in salary and there is more and more job responsibilities given to you. With more duties and stress, there should be more a monetary increment in one's salary.

Working in such a corporate area, you would expect some professionalism from your managers but they are so needy and lazy to do their work.

A typical day at work was entering people's applications into a database system. I learned how to work for the client, a government department. I got along with my co-workers well. The hardest part of the job was finishing the work by the deadline. The most enjoyable part of the job was finding out that working as a data entry operator was very similar to working as a bookkeeper. I still needed to adapt, pay attention to detail and to be flexible.

In my experience as part time sales associate, I was able to interact with my co-workers, had a good rapport with them and established good friendship as well.
The hardest part of the job was when large volume of customers entered inside the warehouse purchased shoes, fitting one size to another, and then to another.
I learned that when one works in a fashion world like shoes, clothing,
etc., you should be fashionable in a way, so as to have an impact to the customers.

Responsible for developing, analyzing and evaluating system program’s needs, designing and implementing new applications and solutions using the latest technologies, modifying, enhancing or adapting existing systems and integrating new features and improvements to Quantum’s internal IT applications and solutions.

We were unemployed back in the beginning of 2018 and responded to an open house job fair invitation that Quantum was having. 

We schedule an interview with one of their recruiters and within 2 weeks time they help us to find employment with an established and reputable company in which we are still employed to this company today. 

Recruiters were friendly and ready to go the extra mile to assist you in finding work.

The hardest part of the job is adapting to a new position. The most enjoyable part of the job is understanding and learning to excel and meeting the needs of the employer.

Very good corporate office that deals with clients daily, both internally and externally. Good pay and wonderfull co-workers, quite environment. Typical day at work is that some days are not too bad and some other days the phone and customers go crazy! I enjoy my job because I get to listen to the need of others and help to resolve issues when it arise.

I really enjoyed work at Quantum. The work environment was great all staff members were collaborative and helpful towards each other The management was great great and help me gain more experience in the office setting. No day was the same and I love it because it was challenging and help me grow and gain more confidence in my work ethic.

I joined Quantum a little over a year ago.  Management is fantastic and very open with communication and connection. This is a really nice work/life balance and everyone is helpful and supportive of each other.
