I liked the atmosphere at QSS, my colleges where great.

However when management added the new HR department things when downhill.

I had expressed some concerns a few times and was terminated without cause. The HR department will toss you out if you question anything and is unwilling to work with you. They had told me there would be no repercussions for what was said to them, and this was used against me.

Good company to work for people are really nice there. You can swear and nobody cares lol.
Just be aware if you give your 2 weeks notice this will be turn into immediate termination by management the same day you hand it.
If you think that management will send you a thank you note for your service, wait no more.... it will never come.
The owner is a really cool dude with a nice heart just don't quit on them! lol or true colors come out

Make sure you dont give them any notice when you live otherwise you might get stuck waiting 2 weeks for your next job.
They are move into a nice office now, great work atmosphere

I've been with this company since the beginning and I'll finish my career here.  It is the definition of a "work hard & play hard" culture.  The work is definitely challenging, which I love because I have learned so much!  We have a really diverse team with a lot of knowledge.  This place is a home-away-from-home for me and I can't imagine wanting to be anywhere else!

QSS is one of the very exciting place to work in Fredericton.
People in the company has strong knowledge of SQL and if you want to learn about database, this is very good place to be.

Team dynamics were excellent when left to do our jobs with minimal oversight or supervision.

Management tended to be the "just get it out the door" type, without considering the tremendous cost in time and effort of releasing and then fixing software containing known defects.

Not a worthy employer any more.  Recent changes in the higher management positions, in my opinion, made the financial bottom line more worthy than the welfare of their highly skilled employees.

if your soul is for sale, these guys are buying. Is your life dull and boring anyway? Give up having one in exchange for a nice number in your bank about you wont have the time to spend anyway!

The company seems to be heading in the right direction now. Lots of growth. Fun atmosphere and the new, evolving culture is terrific. Good growth here

So many great changes this year. New management have created an employee first culture. Feel appreciated more and more weekly and our new technology direction is very exciting.
