Start with debrief, then leave to go do work, then come back and done. I learned teamwork, patience, moving skills and initiative. Management was poor although they were generally nice they didn't respond to messages, and where sometimes disorganized. Most people were nice but it didn't seem like they fallowed safety protocols. So it appeared as though they could have been braking rules, and potentially very dangerous. hardest part very labour intensive not always taught proper way to do this or at least not right away.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Small family owned company. Very friendly staff.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No stress. All operation was smoothly.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very nice people and professional management.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Typical long haul driver day. Any unexpected issues will be resolved easily by dispatchers.

Very good place to work 
The pay is good (for the ppl willing to drive and handle the freight physically)
Long trip on the road which I like aswell
Good dispatch and mangers 
New equipment and well maintained trailers

A little lack of communication however that is at every Transportation company

I worked at QT for 13 years.  It was the best employment experience I ever had.  The staff from top to bottom and back up are exemplary and I would gladly work with any of them at any time.  I appreciate all I have learned and everything I have gained from my experience with this esteemed company.  I am proud to have been a part of Quick.

Pay was fair except of some drops requiring literally unloading the trailerA lot of trips to Long Island and the US East Coast, a lot of ON and QC
Usually multi drops when drivers unload cabinets(tailgating)
Equipment was brand new

It's been one year at Quick and the the management has been most cooperative allowing for a very flexible time table.  Happy to stay with this great company!

Hardest part of the was doing reasidential moves. Best part was traveling.Very demanding get the job done no matter how long it takes.Got along with majority of co workers. Good guys to work with for the most part.

Dispatch at 8am. Then drive to the destination I need to be at. If it is a local move, unload and load trailers. Pack and unpack household goods. If office move it would be a internal move. Relocate funiture in such office building. If day trip, same as above.

it is stressful with all the deliveries you have to do with kitchen and windows but they pay you pretty good.It is long haul trucking.mostly different places always canada and usa.

They are awesome company.

over all is fine for me only concern is dusty environment. nice people and in management easy to talk and very polite. and systematic company .learn how to do special crates.
