Quinan always ensured a well-maintained job site was at the top of their priorities. Never once would I have deemed the workplace environment unfit and unsafe for the work being carried out. The management ensured they were always on top of things that were going on in their place of work and worked tirelessly to make certain that deadlines were met and all the trades were up to speed on what was going on.

Managers and employees were are very nice to work with and helpful.

No stress it was all just teamwork

Accounting - Bookkeeping - Emails and Filing

Worked long hours and bent over backwards for company. when job I was finished ran out I didn't hear from them for over a month, wouldn't even lay me off so I could collect ei. wont pay time and a half for overtime either, put it on your pay as a "bonus" and pay straight time

It is a very flat management place and the owners treat everybody equally. The company appreciate hard work and you will learn a lot from the smart owners if you really pay effort.

Kept place clean and any other material in place.Learned how different trades worked.Could not ask for a better group to work with.Co-workers were easy to work with.The hardest part was at the end of the job.We had a good working relation.

so travel is part of the job if you stay on with them after contract is finished

Everyone in the company are nice and friendly. Hard-work will be needed to earn respect from the owners. Owners are smart and very generous about their advises and share their opinions with you.

lots of travel and great experience. Sometimes bosses can be a bit catty. Competitive pay but very labor intensive, hard on your body. Need to be in relatively good shape mentally and physically.

long hours and working in a prison for a year made it a long day guys bunch of guys to work with hardest part of the job just the long walk to your site threw the prison everyday and listening to the prisoners out in the yard
