-Managing an office of over 8 employees- 
Branch Manager, Project Managers, and Building Automation technicians, improved and learned to manage different employees at the same time (scheduling, payroll, Health and Safety, etc...)
-Enhanced my French speaking over the 2 years at Regulvar Canada Inc (creating presentations, translating business documents, answering phone calls, etc...)
-Worked in a high-paced environment at times where multitasking was necessary with no help from others
-Worked over-time through the weekend during some weeks alone in the office to complete Service Reports, Invoicing, Timesheets
-Managed Service Calls and Maintenance Agreements when Project Manager had left the company

Upper management is extremely disrespectful, rude, condescending and overall loves to belittle and degrade employees. I have even heard managment talking about the "stupidity" of the employees to clients and contractors. Management talks over everyone in meetings and will just talk louder if anyone tries to give an idea or opinion. Also, they give you no support if you need them for an issue.
The turnover rate is very high.
The company is very disorganized.

Regulvar values its electricians above cabeurs, they underpay cableurs and get them to do electrcian work in ontario because the laws can be bent. As a cableur expect to be used as a tool to save money for the company and expect to do basically the same job as an electrician but for less than half the salary. You'll work hard while the electricians spread their work like butter.

Technician position, did everything from graphics, programming  and commissioning building systems. Really good experience to Pad your resume if STEM is your background.

Challenging job with fairly good learning on a day to day basis. Salary is ok according to the industry standard. Benefits could be better, but ok. Very flexible in terms of timing, leaves, work hours, etc.

Overall, my experience was great. Lots of room to learn and grow in other side occupation like technician or working in warehouse as well or programming. If you are willing to learn and show managers will give help you.

Benefits are not that great and starting after 1 year. Pay is average.

This company owns too many pens, and none are green or purple. 

They have paperclips.

And you get punished for not being able to do the things you weren't trained to do. 
Lack of appreciation, sometimes it feels like obstacles are on purpose.
