when it was family owned the company was vey different than today

we had more sense of being , we were valued as employees ,we 

were respected , now the management is not as team oriented as 

it was, it is more to each his own , not team work oriented ,

There was no playing room. Sometime there was some pressure time that you have to be verry concentrated and there was so many noises around the office that was difficult to get the job done.
