The management is really unstable. Lack of vision from.the executive director. A lot of empty promises yet nothing changed since the transition from AMT to RTM.  Crazy hours. No light at the end of the tunnel. No matter how hard you work it's never enough. I really wouldn't recommend. Things need to stabilize and they need to get better people in the managing team.  HR is very Junior and not structured. They have trouble getting good talent in and even more trouble retaining.

Got fired  for discriminatory reasons BEFORE I came back from severe depression caused by their terrible management and terrible work hours. 

Since its illegal to fire someone in that situation, they wrapped it in an ultra discriminator reason

My direct supervisor was told to give me the worst possible schedule when I come back even if it was not the plan. 

They are as efficient as their terrible train system.

- Typical day at work was invoicing and accounts payable
- Learned how to use excel and access intensively
- First level of management was good but higher level were very distant 
- Co-workers were always there to help
- Since it was a new company, hardest part of the job was the sheer volume of work per employee
- Most enjoyable part was the learning curve that was constant

Work hard. You can learn a lot.
Unfortunately the management is distant, poor vision on the long term
Great people though

the management was a little loose but the ambiance was great.
