In this company if you want to grow inside is all by friends , if your friend of the DO everything is done but if he don’t like you he is going to push you till you quite it’s really frustrating that at this time a big company like this still hiring people that do that , director and a lot of people left because he don’t like them and he push till they quite , but if you are his friend next day you are a manager even without experience and with better salary than all the other ones it’s a joke 

The team of great coworkers is basically the only good thing about this company. 
If you want to advance in this company you need to be friends with the 4 untouchable high placed people or else you can forget it.
The director and the specialist are not there to help you, they're there to blame you if something goes wrong and take the glory if everything goes well.
The salary is negligible for the amount of work asked to do whatever position you are in the company.

I was hired as a cook but the only thing I did there for a month was work the cash serve clients and wash dishes, zero cooking. I was unhappy because I thought I was coming on the team to just cook, the manager did all the cooking. They also fired a woman who was working fine just because they didn't like her, she had kids and they just told her at the end of her shift that she's no longer employed. No warning or chance to show her what she was doing wrong. So I quit too

Sometimes we don't have enough time to get everything done.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Friendly, open, respectful and kind

You don't feel welcome as people can slave you. Didn't get paid for extra hours at work, after closing. Job was all about cleaning, not even cooking and learning.

Best part:  the employees trying their best to give good costumer service in spite of toxic managers. No advancement unless you suck-up to managerial team who treats you like a number.

This is a great place to work! all the employees are very nice and helpful. Although if youre looking to be hired as a cashier, guess again. there are no hours for cashiers.

It was interesting if it wasn't for the employees who were sweet and nice I would have quit a long time ago. Bad bad management there. Some people there were really mean too.

No training and stressful, i quit because it was too much stress and too little help or training. Overall i learned from it but it was not for me, too stressful

Owners and workers are very kind people and the store well-organized. The manager is attentive to his workers' needs. Respectful and communicate to their employees.
