What is the best part of working at the company?
Work place and people I met good and no heavy works as house keeper sometimes get busy sometimes no. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I’ve been working one year as house keeper I didn’t get my benefit card yet and not increased salary yet. Keep asking salary not increased during past few years even not me there’re few colleagues works with me than two years not increasing salary yet. Even when were joining to hotel they said we have benifits and unionized unfortunately union is the bad union due to get my benifit card and they deduct every pay check for the benifit and no benifit after probationer period. Workplace is ok and l met nice people there but no future it’s not recommended who looking for long term basis as not increasing salary neither benifits it’s good for students that they have part time and full time basis work

I’ve been working since one year environment and culture wise good

The schedule is flexible and when cleaning room you will gets tips

The GM. GM plays mind games and is very mentally abused

It’s very stressful and physical exhausting. There is no team work

Come in and check the house cleaning sheet then cleaning

It was good someday and others you didn't know what was gonna go on

I started as a front desk agent and cross trained into housekeeping for extra hours. Unfortunately I injured myself and was off for a month and when I went back I could no longer handle the 8 hour standing shifts. I was going to quit but they offered me the weekend breakfast helper shift which allows me to keep the perks of working for the company, which I was sad about losing. The working environment is pleasant and I like it there.

The staffs are all friendly and a good atmosphere

A good day at work as all the employees are Friendly

It was okay. Management is pretty aimless in the grand scheme of things. Nothing progressed, constantly making plans with zero execution. Wages were fine, work was taxing; 3 restaurants and 1 cook to manage them on any typical night, no dish washer. Nepotism is definitely a factor in the hiring and maintaining staff practices. 

Expect to be treated like gold until someone new comes around.

I was here for a grand total of months and was adjusted quite quickly to their routine but was not impressed with being paid once a week as my cheques were extremely small and it made me feel like I accomplished nothing, 

Awful management, felt unsafe, chaotic, manager is absent, overall unstable environment for a hotel business. They allow unsafe behavior from employees and you are expected to get tasks done without the manager present ( even though they should be present) The Customer Service is scarce and disappointing. High turnover.

The people are respectful and kind so interact with guest and coworkers is best part for me

Nothing stressed me out there I enjoyed myself working for the Ramada Hotel

It goes by fast not long enough

Wouldn't work for this hotel chain again. The one I worked for was very unorganized and not well kept (maintenance wise) making the chamber maids job harder. As well as having no ac or elevators but being 3 floors. Making me carry up to 50lbs up and down multiple flites of stairs all day
