Typical day at Rangeland is stressful from the get go, management starts conducting meetings at work stations prior to start of shift when we are not even clocked in. Then it’s followed up with alot of micromanagement and management oversteps boundaries of their knowledge and expertise instead of leaning on journeyman’s knowledge and expertise . 

Technicians are expected to operate equipment to swap bays and do a daily task list of cleaning & daily maintenance of tractors and fill out forms. Ownership group will complain to management about efficiency which then gets passed down to staff. Ownership group has essentially created the problem and then will complain about lack of efficiency. They also have poor policies which push liability onto employees and are written in a harsh way.

Work place culture is of low moral which is created by bad policies and carried out by inexperienced management. Ownership group can come off as very condescending and little respect for employees. I never felt like their core values of the company matched up with their actions.

Hardest part of working here is feeling like you’re always walking on egg shells. Management lacked the ability to manage without restrictions of ownership group and inability to spend money for shop supplies and tools. There was times where I actually had to bring in my own ladder and planks to carry out there projects. Damaged or unsafe equipment such as ladders were not switched out without resistance.

The only positive I found about working here is they did have a lot of inventory so you will never run out of work. But the overall toxic environment, ownership group, management and poor policies which passed liability onto me the employee lead me to leave.

What I have learned from working at Rangeland? I became a good operator which does make me more versatile as an employee.

Just dont go there, terrible management, owner micro manages to the nth degree, salary is only salary when it benefits the company, bad place

Managers have no clue whatvthey are doing

Poor culture its all about management no the tools to do the job

Do not waste your time here.

Management does not care about the employees. 
Many employees leave because of unprofessional management and a incredibly toxic work environment.  I would not recommend anybody to work here after the experience I had with Rangeland. If you are in the RV industry or looking to get into it, this is not the place you want to be. 






This company hired me as a.detailer wiyhout an interview or any instruction i received a phone call and they asked me to show up on a certain day.. I did and just went straight to work. Figured it out myself. and then laid me off 2 months later with no warning or reason. My ROE  said it was due to end of season lack of work.  Not cool Rangeland. 

The supervisor in the service dept was inexperienced and had a terrible management abilities.

The company does not have any respect for the employees. The pay is below industry standards and is in place to benefit the ownership. The company needs to fulfill the basic needs of its employees and provide them with an opportunity for growth financially.

Absolutely terrible place to work, toxic workplace other than my co-workers in the shop. Management is horrible, lots of yelling and blaming, lots of threats. No respect for customers, smile to their face and then kick them to the curb as soon as they turn around. Left because I couldn't put my name behind the work they wanted me to do.

Great environment, cross department friendliness which is normally not to be expected at any dealership, a definite get what you put in type of business, if you show your worth your worth is recognized.

Company ran by a bunch of low functioning middle management that spends most of there time complaining and gossiping. Owner is a very "special" person.

Toxic culture, dont waste your time.

When you work in this shop, GREAT co workers. That's where it stops. IMPOSSIBLE to get shop supplies everything is a big deal. BOSS IS NEVER HAPPY WITH SHOP PEOPLE. Never do anything right.

Fun sales team and service department. Management can be very hard to communicate with. Don't support team as well as they could. Can be a very stressful work environment.
