A typical day at RBG involves maintaining a professional presence, following security protocols, and addressing the needs of tenants or visitors. Tasks include monitoring building activities, handling access controls, and ensuring the property remains safe and secure.

What I Learned
Working at RBG taught me the importance of adaptability and attention to detail. I developed stronger communication skills and learned how to manage challenging situations with professionalism.

Management
The management at RBG can be hit or miss. While some supervisors are supportive and clear in their instructions, others may lack consistent communication or understanding of on-site challenges.

Workplace Culture
The workplace culture is professional, but it can sometimes feel transactional. While team interactions are minimal depending on the shift, those who take the initiative to connect can foster a better sense of camaraderie.

The Hardest Part of the Job
The hardest part of working at RBG is managing expectations with limited resources or support during demanding situations. Long hours or overnight shifts can also make work-life balance challenging.

The Most Enjoyable Part of the Job
The most enjoyable aspect is the autonomy and independence of the role. You take pride in knowing your contributions directly impact the safety and functionality of the property.



Not much different than other companies. You're working security and  you're getting what the company promises. However, in terms of management at each site, it can be a bit challenging to navigate past all difficulties and politics. However, in the long run it's valuable experience because it provides you with a variety of experiences and prepares you for future challenges.

RBG was not the best employer to its employees it was very ignorant to its employees as well as dishonourable and did not treat employees with dignity and respect. Very disorganized they took forever to email you or simply would be ignored you would have to constantly call in order to get a hold of the the head office.

Alot has changed over the years at RBG. The company did have a solid management team in the past, orchestrated by the past Operations Management team from approximately 1-2 years ago. 
The company is in need of strong leadership, as it was in the past and the company appears to have shifted it's focus in recent times. .

Bad management.  The coverage for the security job sites are horrible.  If you are sick and need a day off you will probably be fired.  The maintenance of the company vehicles if you are mobile are awful.  Overall not a great company to pursue a security with because of management and poor organization.

Its an amazing place to start your career in this field. You will be offered flexible hours and will be given proper training for the job and if you do well you will have the opportunity to grow as well and get higher positions. 

A lot of strong experiences typical day was ensuring everything was functioning correctly and overseeing and working on concerns of clients and of employees.

i have learnt so many skills from here like use of radio,how to do patrols in hotels,malls and bigger showrooms,how to deal with conditions of fire and so on

It's a small and nice company to work. Mobile and Office team are friendly and helpful. RBG has more work on Mall and also Condominiums. Services are nice and they take care of their employees.

It's an ok company pay is no different than other security companies although they should value experience and pay more. All in all, it was a good headstart for me to gain experience.
