A typical day involved proactively resolving logistical conflicts and ensuring operational expectations were consistently met.

Safety manager is useless, does nothing and treats drivers like they are useless and stupid Management non existent will never answer your calls. No communication from dispatch, never know when you are working or not working they just expect you to sit at home and wait for phone call.  Trucks always breaking down. They say you get paid by the hour but pay you a per trip pay. Was a good place to work years ago now just a revolving door of drivers low morale if you’re desperate still wouldn’t recommend

All reviews are still acurrate,management is horrible.Explain that it costs $8000 to train new hire,yet do nothing to keep good people even remotely happy.Constantly dealing with upset customers as well due to poor dispatcher.Communication is non-existent,dispatched thru truck computer

The dispatch was horribly managed. there was a lot of fighting and back stabbing and ppl getting fired. there was a lot of safetly meetings we had to attend but then we were expected to drive 24 hours a day. there was no consistency we couldn't plan a day off anywhere.

Started great place to work. Managers cared about employees like family. New management and things changed. It's all about the money and what's best for the upper management. Unfortunately the parent company is so huge they don't seem to care.

Gong show poor management   good managers require training and the ability to communicate with and help employees reach full potential and achieve high level of job satisfaction

A company with no Integrity only endless demands  with a money scamming rate formula system built into a false wage system .  Absolutely no benefit whatsoever to working for these power tripping Scammers . 

RBS was by far the worst company I have ever worked for. 
It is the most severely toxic work environment I have ever encountered. Management is corrupt, inappropriate and disrespectful. 
Do NOT work for this company

Was not happy with the management after it changed. Some people were great to work with unfortunately that was few and far between. The Parts people would rather sit on there rear and not do anything.

This company taught me the basics of customer service and office organisation in a small but fast paced environment. RBS gave me the tools to advance my career.
