RECE

I spend my days at work educating and supervising children of many different ages. I have learned so much about the development of children and how to read different behaviors. I have also learned to have much more patience in tricky situations. I enjoy everyone that I work with but we receive very little breaks or appreciation. With that being said, the hardest part about my job is the exhaustion that sometimes takes over me.

A great supportive staff, warm family environment with Christian roots. The center is run by a parent board who make sure the daycare is updated constantly so it is a beautiful center.

The only downside is it is hard work, I am not going to lie. Kids are busy and exhausting. My hat goes off to the staff who have worked there for 20+ years!

A daily surprise to see what the children are doing when I walk in the classroom.

They are playing at the water table, finishing snacks, playing at the dramatic play or tabletops.

If someone is playing alone, I will sit and play with them and make sure they are okay.

They love to talk during lunch and listen to stories read aloud on the screen.

Enjoy working with different children and having the opportunity to teach them all. Watching children grow is an amazing experience! This job is extremely rewarding.

I love my job as a registered Early Childhood Educator as I have built positive relationships with children and families alongside my fun- loving and collaborative co- workers.

Enjoy children and staff, I learned how to program for Emergent Curriculum. The children's excitement is contagious when I offer activities they are interested in. Some children can be challenging, but overall it is enjoyable.

I  enjoyed working with many children and their families. Knowing your caring for other peoples children  is an amazing feeling as it is very difficult for parents to trust and leave their babies,toddlers preschoolers etc.

Working one on one with children and doing fun activities in the community and at home. You never know what you're walking into because the children's moods can change from day to day.
