RED SWAN PIZZA

The work environment and management was awesome.  
The most enjoyable part of my job was that the franchise that I worked and the collogues that I got a chance to work with.
 The hardest part of the job, that I felt was  the Red Swan Pizza company owners, they  made unwanted changes in between, implemented useless rules, some changes was really  worst. The owners only think about their profit and commission, they didn't even think about the workers who worked and the franchises suffering to get a profit from one shop.

Not worth at all. Overall its not a properly managed company who doesnt give any value or consideration to their employees. Tips are often looted by the owners never goes to deserving staffs. The management dont ever care to have check on the employees situations.


Tip goes to owner. If yo are sick, still you are supposed to work. If you need sick leave take advanced permission. 
Hard work for regular staff. Family members come and do nothing. 

No value of human time or life. 

Every shift you work you feel are coworkers were called on shift on a gun point. If you need SINP letter for your PR you got put 4 times more work then others. Most employees are there because they want to get their PR from there. No has real passion for food or customer service.

they hire all their family and friends and then hire one person outside family and have that person do all the jobs. they dont say anything to their family but will expect you to work hard

Worst management, they will treat you as servant and you have to do all job duties without questioning. This often leads to a demotivated team and reduced productivity.

I won’t recommend anyone to work here because of the unpleasant management and irritating. Staffs were good but still I was not happy with them. Work at your risk 

The people I worked with had no respect and judged each other and made people feel down and If someone got a bad order he would give them free stuff. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Understanding staff and flexible schedule 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nothing like that.. everything is good

Work enviroment was hard and fast paced when the food wasnt prepared properly so we would be rushed and yelled at due to the errors of others but when stuff was prepared properly was still fast paced but easier to mamanage.
