Awful job and management. I was primarily a downtown driver and when I say the amount of packages they expect you deliver is ridiculous I mean it. Some days are better than others but even if you get a “light day” in terms of the amount of packages you have, if you finish early you’ll be forced to go help another driver finish there route with no additional pay. 

If you bring up any issues with your route you will just be told that Amazon controls the routes and they can’t do anything to help you.

They’ll also call you basically everyday you have off in order to get you to work more with zero overtime pay.
 
I’m not sure if other companies working with Amazon are better but Rhay Logistics is not the place to work.







The job is fast paced, and tasking, but the management team is excellent. They provide classroom and on the road training. I gained a lot in the few hours on the road training. 
They will coach and assist you with your job, but don't violate their safety rules. The management says all the time they have zero tolerance when it comes to safety violation, so they repeat the safety culture all the time

Manager and Hr manager are husband and wife and they have quite a language barrier and communication is poor among the whole operation. I was asked about advancement multiple times and they told me yes then couple days later they would change their mind and give it to someone else who’s been at the company for less time. This
Job is great for a slacker who is a minimalist. If you don’t finish your route for the day, don’t worry, a person with good work ethic will help you after they’ve finished their entire route. 

When you finish your deliveries on time to go home, the company will send you to rescue another delivery associate without extra pay. Most delivery associates hate that but there is little they could do about it. The company will also want you to take shifts on your off days without paying over time. That's not cool. It is a 10 hour shift but doest start early so most times you get done past 7pm or more. I also feel they give more packages than one could normally deliver without rushing and stress

Friendly, quality training and re-training for old and new staffs

Demanding and focusing on quality works

I have worked for 3 DSPs in 2 years.  This company is far the best as long as you follow their work ethics and safety rules. You get paid bonus if you finish early and help other people in difficult areas. I have been working here for over 6 months. I finish my work in 7 hrs  and I help for 1hr some days and they pay me for 10hrs. I even have health benefit which they have subsidized a lot. Happy employee


Great guys to work with. Always ready to help, and make the job easier. Though it is physically demanding but you can be sure of supports on days you don’t feel so good.
You can be sure of more shifts compared to other DSPs around and also get better treatment 

Straight forward job with a unrewarding for those who like to finish their tasks early. If you finish early, you are expected to go out of your way to assist those who are slower. 

No matter how efficient you are, you will be getting paid the same as the slowest worker of the group.

Good place to work for short term. Management not supportive. You have to go ask to your rights they don't treat all DA equally. They permote buttering, they will listen only for those who love to do that.

There is excessive pressure and unrealistic expectations, and employees are often expected to work even when they are sick.
