This was a very stressful environment to work at, some of the staff would be yelling at others while I was on the phone with a customer. This happened frequently. There was a lot of pressure to enter orders during their busy season and instead of being paid overtime, we were given time off during the summer. One of my co-workers was not very supportive. She acted like she was my manager and entering orders was beneath her.

Richlu is a collaborative work environment with lots of opportunity for fun and learning. Many different management styles are present here so it's quite a stimulating environment.  Management has a casual approach to a very serious business.  The co-workers are very diverse coming from all walks of life and back grounds.  The most difficult part of the job is getting closure because of the collaborative culture.  This was also the most enjoyable part.

Typical day was punching in and everyone getting to work doing their individual jobs from unloading the trucks to picking orders and preparing skids. 
Management was there mainly to keep us on task but trusted us all to get our work done quickly and properly.
Hardest part of the job would have been the large orders and keeping  a quick pace on days with 3 or more trucks to unload and go through.

Get up early and leave the house at 5:46am, catch two buses to get towork at 7am. its a long ride.  Work is quite physical, doing inventory, moving stuff, and other miscellaneous duty like cleaning the area when requested to.  I feel there is not enough diverse work options. hardest part I got allergy reactions to the dust working in the warehouse. It get repetitive after a while. People are nice and accommodating.

Job security not garuenteed.  the employee's who.work in the sewing department are under paid
They let people go so often doesnt matter the position you have and how long you have been with the company. the customer service team doesnt even work as a team, to much talking behind each other backs and the manager for that depaetment was horrible and poor communicatio.
I highly dont recommend this company

It’s hard to summarize the joy I feel going into work everyday. Very pleasant, kind, supportive environment with lovable co-workers, supervisors and boss’. There’s actually quite a bit of goofy shenanigans that goes on and the air is not tense, but light and fun. By far best place I’ve ever worked for and will be in for the long run. 

Productive, fast paced, fun workplace.Picking,packing,replenishing,ticketing,inventory,weighing and sealing cartons,cycle counting,spot checking garments,verify orders for packing. Good management, Got along great with my co-workers, The job was not hard at all, Keeping busy,like fast packing.

So slow in  the summer and insane in the winter. If you’re male you’ll do really well there. The customer service manager is a terrible supervisor. If you’re not part of the cool crowd you won’t do well. If you like doing all the work and having slacker team members take the credit then you’ll do fine.

Good company and good benefits and provide training for a new software.  There is always room for advancement and promotion. Always get a reward for any completed projects and good performance.

I had a stable job with this company.  I like how the big bosses and the owner treated me throughout my stay.  I just have to move on and pursue my career path for myself and my family.
