What is the best part of working at the company?
Meeting lots of different people. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The management has no respect for their nurses. We are treated very poorly. They talk down to us like we are beneath them. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s very busy. Rarely get any coffee breaks.  Nurses get absolutely no help from management.   

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy and exhausting. Non stop from the time you get there until the end of the day.

Not a good environment to work, so much expectation and intimidation from management. New staff are quitting there is no mentorship from older staff which cause friction from new staff. Always short staff. Unfair treatment to staff.

Each shift is responsible for making priorities in care to the elders.  Nurse is responsible for medication passes as well as treatments that may need to be initiated and monitored.  Assessments and monitoring elders throughout the shift.  monitoring the HCA's in their tasks and supervising them.

It's busy throughout everyday for any shift.
You meet new people and make friends with coworkers. 
It's a great learning experience.
Health Care Aides and other staff members make great connections with the seniors living in this facility.

Very fast paced enviroment, stressfull enviroment. Working with 25 elders at one time, 20 minutes usually per elder care.Minimum shifts given out.Management is always reviewing your work ,which is stressful.

A typical day for a personal care aide involved helping patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding. Making beds doing bathroom routine for patients that need assistance.

Management are terrible. And they don't care about staff or listen to the staff .Working short all the time.staff .no uniform you wear street clothes 

I liked working here, I loved working with the elders of this care home, they were all kind and sweet, it was an amazing time to spend with the people working and living in the personal care home.

REPCH is a long term care facility that primarily takes care of the elderly. Providing personal and nursing care to those in need. It is a lovely looking long term care facility.
