RJG Construction

This company shouldn’t be a company, their equipment is beat up and rusted and they blame you for the damage, so take pics of the junk you’ll be running prior to, they promise you work but don’t give it, they expect you to jump on their command! They will call in the middle of the day and tell you to pack a bag and leave ASAP! No explanation and no details of what you do, resulting in poor work life balance, also their vehicles are not safe to operate, last two didn’t even have stickers, better off workin a Walmart! They all back stabbers! Supervisor that’s in musgrave will only get ahold of you if he needs you, they don’t know their job at all, owners son is a good guy but that don’t get you work. 

Good work experience but the company doesn't take care of it's employee's. Good to start out just to gain experience. Company lays off people just a few hours before they're entitled to a raise, and you'll only advance if you're either close friends or family to those in with the company. Company takes short cuts whenever it can just to save a few dollars. It is years behind the current working standards. You will only work there if you absolutely HAVE to. (Ex : If there is no work opportunity elsewhere)

- constantly reminded that you're replaceable 
- highly demanding yet you get very little back in return
- field superintendent is clueless
- a few good people, but upper management seems to create more issues than anything
- unorganized structure

not a bad company to work for only reason i left was due to lack of work and wanted to pursue something full time, they seem to give people just coming out of school a chance which is nice when trying to get into the workforce

the management and co-workers with RJG Construction have a very good work attitude and are easy to get along with. The RJG construction team are good to communicate with on any issues.

Construction Company based out of St John's that does wharf construction around the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. There are about 120 people employed.

If you're into not knowing what's going on from day to day. Changing up your shift every couple weeks. Terrible pay, and worse management. No appreciation at all. This is the job for you! Good luck

They do not care about the stuffs spetially the new one who get hired  , the owner is a great person but the  people around him are sooks and hard to work with them.

The pay was not as promised told a bunch of lies to get me to go to work there and did not follow threw the living acomodations was not the best the house was dirty and not up to code
