management is ridiculously disorganized many of the employees have minimal idea of what is to be accomplished

if you expect to gain experiences here youre better off anywhere else  
and the co workers believe they have more authority than the supervisors

the hardest part of this job is being able to put up with the lack of tools, ppe and freash air. not to mention that they push employees to work nonstop for 8.25 hrs and only give one 30min break  essentially forcing employees to 7.75 hrs

Went for interview and HR and manager were nice but vague on the work environment such as how many breaks there are and the duration of them. Pay was reasonable but benefits were poorly lacking compared to other companies. 
I expected more of an established company then what I saw. There was room for growth but only at same pay as what your already getting.
Company only will give you bare minimum that they have to and nothing more.

Based upon my experience I cannot recommend this company.

Weigh resins, colorants and other chemicals according to form
Setup and monitor operation, regulate material supply, chemicals, and colorants to mixture
Operate controls to regulate temperature, Extrusion Press optimizing speed and quality
Keep track and maintain equipment and performance
Mark cavity numbers on the samples partnering with saw operator to cut and save these after stretching report to lead hand if billet length. Maintain inventory of material and clean working area

Busy busy hot hot but good company to work bottle water no problem  working with hot dies in pultruion
Machine then taking them back to the die tech room to take a part with tools etc e rovings stuck in side die we use air gun to open up  hot dies with protection gloves great top safety practices

Management does not know what they are doing.  Blind leading the blind situation. People are good, but management doesn't seem to care about their staff as much as they do about bottom line.  Very dusty breathing in fibre glass.  Ops manager makes critical decisions that hurt the company long term. Shift manager has no idea of anything and can't make decisions without talking with his Ops manager. Wish anyone luck going here as it is a terrible situation to put your self in.

The Management Team and the Human Resource Team at RM2 Canada Inc didn't care about the company or the safety of their employees they took no accountability for their actions and choices they made on daily basis and when you have people like this running a company its bound to go under it was just a matter of time 


This company has very little pros than cons.

stressful environment, supervisors not understanding, hardest part of the job is doing a 3 person job by yourself, very short breaks cannot undress out of uniform and wash hands and eat lunch in a matter of 10 minutes

Company very new trying to produce a totally new product with some success however still a lot of work do be done. 

Safety protocols and guide lines not always met specially when the company deals with heavy machinery. Not enough training provided.

according to me, this company was ok for those who are looking for survival job and repetative work.the RM2 has big staff and it was running in three shift.RM2 was fiber glass skid's manufacturing company.it supply skids in medicine manufacturing company,Costco canada etc..

It was a new company,learned a lot.Worked on robots,and all new equipment,We changed a lot of things and made them work properly.Work with a lot of out side contractors.Because all the new equipment they need alo of changes to work right.
