The paycheques for what they want of you here are insulting, also they will run you like a dog and they really don’t like you taking any time off, so if you are in a relationship or have a family, this is not a good place for you. Promised a raise but never got it, had to go after them for paystubs, and also was asked to turn off the e-log and go paper, to make it look like I was running legal…big no-no!!!!! Management consists of non truck drivers so they have no clue on how to run a trucking company. Be very careful if you are considering working here. Better yet, look elsewhere.

Poor management and no trucking experience,

Not having any job security from one day to the next

Not good no retention hard to find good people to work there

Stressful no organization lack of tools to work with

Very stress full amongst not only RMS Pope staff but also the Post Office Manager 

Safety concerns were brought up but not addressed 

Not paid fairly. Had to watch hours each week as what was submitted wasn’t what getting paid for on payday. Was short changed a few times 

There was 4 people hired around the same time and all were promised raise after 3 months and no one received it. 

Very poorly ran organization 

Over all the company  is ok.....but there are lots of promises made and then a newer driver comes along and its given to them....try getting trucks fixed is a waste of time your told to contact one guy then he says it not his job and so on.........it run by non truck drivers so they no little to non about trucking.

Everything is stressful about working for this people

Work like a dog for minimum pay 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Working like a dog and no appreciation

The job itself is great. You sort, load and deliver your parcels on your designated route. The management team at RMS however, instead of protecting valuable assets (the employees) try to find reasons to eliminate your position. The co-workers are great and its an enjoyable position. The most difficult part of the position is constantly worrying about making some sort of mistake and having the ax fall.

There are definitely wost places to work but also could be a lot better at rms. Often times in the winter months or feels like dispatch starves you all week leaving no choice but to work days you were scheduled to have off. Many employees have had problems with pay roll getting under paid for you're weeks work and at times being questioned if you actually worked as much as you did.

I was expected to work 12 and 14 hr days and only get paid for 10 hr days. They expected me to overload the truck and work in hazardous conditions instead of hiring more people to cover the work load. They cannot keep employees because of said issues. Then they try to retire you back and offer you what u wanted in the first place after you have no trust left for them.

Very efficiant with delivering packages on time. very friendly co workers.pay is decent. Co workers are very friendly management is great Learned how to be fast and efficiant

This was a great place to learn what I could handle in a stressful situation. When Christmas hits and everyone is waiting on their parcels from Santa it can be a very stressful part of the year. Super fun and rewarding.
