 a terrible place to work management is the worst they talk to you in ways they shouldn’t shortages every week, they claim to have a bonus system  25 vans to get a bonus we never complete 25 vans a week so you never get a bonus , also they aren’t forth coming  in interview   you have two weeks vacation they fail to tell you that you HAVE to save your days for shutdown so you don’t actually get to pick your days off like most companies you get July and dec off if you try to book anything else off you will get denied. Pay for what you do is isn’t fair wage  better jobs out there where management don’t treat you bad . If you are great buddies with the head of operations you can do whatever you want if not watch out , also you won’t get heat breaks they give you freezes even when it’s unbearable. Do  not got to human resources as they will not help you in anyway if you report mistreatment by management they won’t keep the report confidential and will tell who reported which you will make work worse for you. Turn over rate is very bad they can’t keep people some people last a week that tells you a lot about the work Enviroment. Jobs are not hard place has chance  to be a great place to work but they need to totally overhaul things 

I feel comfortable working at Roadtrek. Positive attitudes from everyone. Opportunities to move up or to different positions. They want employees to fit in the place that works for both employee and employer which helps everyone enjoy their job and do a good job. We also have bonuses where if we can produce more than expected we will get more money per hour for that week. A few bucks per hour is usually possible and I've had an increase once of 11 bucks per hour which added to my 21 per hour which gave us all 32 bucks an hour for the 40 hours that week

Roadtrek was a great place to work, the work was relatively easy, the workflow was very manageable, and I loved the people who I got to work with. However, due to production shortcomings the company downsized a whole production line and terminated my contract. Great place to make some money while you still can!

No repetition work. Job rotation to different stations.Amazing environment!

If you are not handy with hand tools that could be.I was fortunate and had exsperience.

I worked here for a short period of time and even that was far too long. 
Management is terrible and treat the employees poorly. Like previously mentioned, family members of management are given special treatment over the regular employees. 
Management cares more about making money to purchase their big house and fancy cars then the people that work there.
Would never recommend anyone to work here!

During the day I would check over the vans that had been converted into RV's and test the equipment but doing water and propane pressure tests as well as the electronics such as radios, TV's microwaves. I would even do road tests on certain occasions.

I loved working at Roadtrek, it is very unfortunate that bad things happened causing it to go into receivership. I highly enjoyed working on the production line learning new things and installing various products into the custom motorhomes, this could of been a great company if it was ran better though.

They definitely don’t care if you have a medical condition such a diabetes, you’ll get in trouble for treating low blood sugars, then when you do as your told and go to the locker room or bathroom you’ll get in trouble for not being mindful of other workers.

I was terminated 3 days before my probation ending date and they said it was a business reason (not disciplinary or performance) as company was running low on funds to hire more people. I resigned from my previous job to work here as per agreement with manager and it literally was a backstab.

For the most part it was a great place to work. Only problem was owners came off as if they wanted us to all have long term careers there a bit before everyone got laid off.

I was in shipping and without any supervision on my afternoon shift i was being asked to do things I shouldn't have done for other workers.
