Honest review 

Cheap company that uses old run down equipment. Barely has tools for the job but expects top performance. Fires the good tradesmen for incompetent journeyman who suck up. 

The only way to advance is by getting on your knees. The wages are below industry standard with cheap travel allowance. Management treats you like bad but expects more from you.

They never have work other then couple month to month projects. There are so many other outfits to work for. Save your stress levels and head aches. 

Was a great company to work for at the beginning, however once oil prices plummeted things became stressful. The manager at the time I was employed was awesome, willing to teach you, always available to listen ect. couldn't of had a better person running the place. When he and the head manager fought he quit and a operator stepped up to the position. Robwel went downhill from there. Jobs came started becoming slim to none, no one was out trying to sell services, driver because irate at the new manager, Operations came to a halt and everyone was laid off.

Worked on a project for 5 wks with this outfit. Very low LOA and have to sak for permission before buying anything. . Drivers don't get fuel cards. Pay was good.  They need a bigger crane if they are going to erect more steel structures.
The crew I was with was excellent. I was told I would have work all winter, but when project ended so did my job. Do not trust what they say!!!

I'll never work for some of these people ever again!
Treat their workers like idiots, if you happen to have an opinion best to keep it to yourself, management has many insecurities/flaws. Zero room for advancement and the negative and unhappy people working  for them is next level.

the work is awesome, I was always excited to get up and head to work. Supervision was great. We worked hard and got lots done, and enjoyed doing it. The crew was awesome and we all got along like family.

Good company to work for.

Worked on interesting projects, developed my skills and knowledge thanks to great supervisors and managers.

Enjoyed my time with RobWel and would recommend working for them.

Kept you interested and alert doing different things steadily  
enjoy not being bored . Seen a lot of work sites in different locations enjoyed the travel and camp jobs   would do it again

It's very easy to worked with the people of these company. Good safety culture. Always helpful when you needed. Good quality workmanship. Open to workers to discuss what is the better way how execute the tasks. 

Company puts drivers at risk with shoddy equipment & guilts you into hauling overloads while dangling your job security in front of you.
Subpar accomodations & food.
Not worth the effort.

The team was great to work for and with -provided you're a hard worker and self-motivated. Lazy people need not apply.
