This might be the worst place to work as they never have any parts to weld so they send you to the brake press side of the shop this happens all the time. The office doesn’t attend to needs and tools the employees need to get the job done. They never replace broken equipment and use the cheapest they can find. Management is a complete joke and do not care about their employees. They over expect the work load against the work force they have meaning if they want 5 doors done a day and 3 people quit they still want 5 doors a day you just have to pick up the less man power slack. This place is not a real welding shop the biggest welds you do here at all are 2 to 3 inches long. It is line work and very repetitive. I highly suggest not working here as you will loose your appreciation for a good work ethic quick. You’ll never get a raise either everyone gets paid the same whether you started welding 10 years ago or yesterday.

For the most part I was able to organize my shift as I chose, after becoming aware of what needed to be done. I enjoyed the independence and the ability to interact with others to help with their tasks. Co-workers were generally willing to help me as they were able. I feel I was able to work well with those in other departments such as Quality Assurance, Purchasing, Maintenance and Management. I enjoyed dealing with truck drivers and other visitors, such as auditors who checked up on the proper use of the systems in place.

Stay away from this company they treat their employees like a nobody,s! The management is a joke !!! your promised everything under the sun. STAY AWAY I wish I could give a zero-star rating but I have to give them one star which they do not deserve. If you like to be harassed every day by all the employees take a job there at first they're very nice to your face and then once they get to know you they start stabbing you in the back

other then being harassed by a day shift supervisor, and being scrutinized without warning by the plant manager, the job was still bad, even after doing as told, still faced problems with supervisors work attitude. as well as a few incidents with a supervisor acting unjustly in the workplace. Although there are 2 plants and the original supervisor in plant 1 is excellent. great pay.

Good people to work for. Hard work but pays off at the end of the week. Your hard work gets noticed and apprecaited and the co-workers are great and some are bad but thats like every work place, Lots of oppertunity to advance inhouse.

This shop does a lot of different production. However, production is all it is. Good for guys who just want to burn the wire or get their 44 hours a week. Learning is for those who seek it...other than that the floor managers are great guys.

I had two chances to work for the western division on this company. Both times I had to opportunity to work for two amazing Managers. There were broken down trucks, material shortages, but at the end of the day, we all did our best.

Vera disrespectful management and a cold work environment. A contract job that began with one job and then turned into another lesser role. no warning

8 hour days working with heavy equipment and heavy lifting. great coworkers, who always look oout for each other. lots of skills to learn and master and plenty of room to progress.

I enjoyed my time working at Roll Form Group. Most of my other colleagues were very easy to get along with and the management for the most part was very good.
