Roma is a great place to work and learn. It is a medium size company that operates like bigger companies do (well defined functional areas that support the whole operation , robust ERP system (SAP), Dayforce for HR, fast-paced environment, various product launches throughout the year, etc.). The company has a vibrant and creative organizational culture. HR organizes periodically fun activities that make everyone enjoy nice breaks from a typical day at work. Additionally, the company culture is very relaxed, with no fancy dress codes which makes all employees feel comfortable in the company being who they really are.
Management is very accesible and close to all hierarchy levels in the organization which is a great pro.
I would definetively recommend Roma as a great place to work and learn. In my case as a new comer to the country and first professional job in Canada, Roma Moulding has been an amazing experience and want to thank them for the opportunity they gave me!!

The leadership here excels at social media storytelling, but the internal reality is a stark contrast. The management style is profoundly superficial, showing a complete lack of genuine respect for the specialized expertise and hard work required to run their operations. The CEO is focused solely on personal profit and maintaining a lavish lifestyle, creating a massive disconnect with the people actually sustaining the business. This is a "family-run" environment in the worst sense—one that lacks transparency and fears professional accountability. They handle staffing changes in the shadows, waiting until the office is empty to avoid any honest or professional dialogue. Ultimately, they do not know how to value or retain talent, choosing to replace experienced specialists with cheaper, short-term fixes. If you are looking for a workplace that values merit and integrity over performative culture, this is not it.

The staff here are fantastic. Some of the best people I've had the pleasure of working with. The office culture, while not always genuine from the top-end, is lived and breathed by the core staff and could not be more rewarding in that regard.

Sadly the "Core Values" and "Culture" you quickly learn are buzz words and top-level decisions contradict them more often than not. Very few opportunities for advancement, and those that do come up are filled by politics more than qualifications. Work-Life balance is touted as a perk but in reality you're expected to work days/hours not part of your original schedule hired for, overtime not offered (though you can bank time if on salary position). Raises are not heard of even for long term (10+ year) staff. Turn over is insanely high. Focus seems to be more on CEO than on the actual product.

This company lacks communication & transparency. There’s a big gap between departments especially production. The workers in production are not treated the same as the office workers, they’re often overlooked and not given enough credit or attention for the work that they do. The culture is a facade, their values sound nice but aren’t actually visible within the company. Very high turnover of employees is evidence of the lack of leadership & values. It’s difficult to get honest answers and genuine connections from coworkers & management, most people are just putting on a show or saying whatever they think you want to hear. 

Corporate culture like few other companies and a great team to be associated with. A CEO with vision and tenacity who leads his team and his company to succeed in an everchanging and difficult market. Having the chance to join this team of passionate people was a welcome opportunity. Are there challenges? Of course, but in what business are there not? More importantly, there is the willingness here to find solutions and the agility to respond to challenges! That's how a team wins.

We are more like family than co-workers. We believe in hard work and doing what it takes to get things done. We also believe in having some fun along the way. It is great to work somewhere where you can be yourself. No dress code, people that care, and a whole lot of caffeine to keep us going. That is what you get with a positive company culture. The management and CEO truly do their best to serve the employees.  If hired, you will be required to do your best work, its fast paced, and certainly not a stuffy corporation.

The CEO doesn't care about the employees and the culture he only cares about getting the job done. 
The pay is low don't count on getting a raise.
If you speak up about your concerns you will be fired even if you put in years of hard work and doing multiple positions.
They have no HR because everyone quits after a week working with them.
There's no opportunity to grow within the company.
Everyone is over worked and management has no clue what they are doing.
 

I love working at Roma! The culture is second to none! The Leader is amazing. I love his vision, commitment and tenacity! I have learned and grown so much within this organization. It’s always busy and growing regardless of what is happening in the industry! They’re top notch at everything they do! They people they hire are awesome. So grateful to be part of this amazing team, company and vision! 

I have never worked in a place like this before. My leader actually cares and communicates with me openly. I get core value cards with hand written notes of thanks! Where does that happen! We work hard and play hard. The team work as a group and really care about one another. When someone needs help, team members jump in and get the job done!

The work environment was great because of the awesome people that worked there.  Definitely a fun place, but due to the lack of staff, or being short staff it was always a struggle.  Management had a lack of continuity, and was very disorganized.
