ROYAL CONCIERGE

At 3 Harbour Green I was responsible for any day to day requirements given to me by the residents, Strata, and Building Management. I was able to learn a great deal in my interactions with the high end residents that lived there. I worked with a vast cross section of staff even though the majority of the residents were of Asian descent. My direct supervisor taught me a great deal about how to do the job though leadership was lacking from management. The hardest part of the job was keeping all the residents happy all the time. People have bad days but you can still leave them with a positive impression. The most enjoyable part was by far the residents. Dealing with such a group was one of the most enjoyable work experiences in my life.

All they care is to hold on to the contracts with the Strata for the buildings they work with (to keep the flow of money coming their way).
For this they will do absolutely anything necessary :always the customer is wright , the employee is always found at fault. 
The Operation Manager is very rude and his single professional quality is the fact that he is dressed in a suite. He shouts at employees at the front desk in front of the residents.
Company has no Human Resources so there is nobody to talk to , basically you have to watch your back every day.
The salary is minimum wage , no overtime possible.  
You are disposable as they can train a new person in just three days.


What is the best part of working at the company?
They do not fulfil their promises   Even about wages and make excuses !

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not paying whatever you earn and they are not organized well

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very basic and less respect weak managment 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Nothing no typical day for me i did not enjoying working there

Total screwball company.  Nepotism and ignorance.  Their mandate is to look dressy and serve as if you are a butler.  No security awareness. No minimal knowledge of the Labour Code, Building Code, Strata code, Criminal Code and Privacy Laws.  A murder occurred at a job site that was likely facilitated by all of these shortcomings.  Very poorly managed and lacking respect towards the employees

A typical day at work was working with people and keeping the building I worked at running and safe. I learned how to be efficient and how to work with customers. Management was pretty good, and I liked the workplace culture. The hardest part of the job was working into the early morning. The most enjoyable part of the job was wearing a suit.

The company provides a supportive work environment with opportunities to learn and grow. Management is approachable, and teamwork is encouraged. It’s a good place to develop skills, especially in a fast-paced setting where you gain hands-on experience. Work expectations are clear, and employees are generally treated with respect.

Poor management , no facilities and no benefits.
Only the managers think about their benefits, and don’t offer any benefits to the employees .unfortunately everyone needs to work but they don’t satisfy the employee and there is nothing to learn, only wasting time. Thank you so much. 

You are expected to be professional at all times, but you will get no support when you need it. Overall very disappointing in all aspects. If you ever need a day off in an emergency situation, good luck trying to find someone to cover for you. I cannot recommend this company.

Residential concierge not difficult job but I should be focusing 100% about everything going on around as I'm handling alot of responsibilities . My Job has 3 parts 
Front desk, administration and security .
The workplace culture really nice

Overall good work environment. Gives new employee enough training before starting the job. All their sites are well managed by professional employees who know what they are doing.
