Gives you quality to life working here. Supportive staff. The staff is as a family.  
Cars are AWESOME! The cars are comfortable spacious and durable with hot good heaters and air conditioning. Cars have good tires on them.
Boss is great. Every person that I have talk to about bosses only have very good things to say about them. It is true. They are great real genuine people. I am very thankful to have them as my bosses. There is no such thing as a stupid question, they are very Supportive and helpful.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?

The increase of population in the city, which lead to traffic congestion.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The company was very professional an well manage.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I started my work day with a schedule of all my pickup for the day.

Culturally Royal taxi is mixed with all ages, races and religions, and we all get along. There is always the office drama or politics going on, but for the most part the people are fun and happy. We start off by relieving the night shift and punching in, than the designated co worker picks up breakfast for everyone. The hardest part of the job is dealing with the bad customers, they can ruin your day but only if you let them.

Was a fast paced, interesting job...at times very stressful. Sometimes personalities clashed, bt overall an interesting and fun job. Learning the city and becoming familiar with a variety of people in all walks of life. Learning to deal with numerous situations was interesting

Royal taxi is a very fast paced and trust worthy business. Typically at work we have 8 hour shifts where we receive inbound calls. The management is very reasonable and works diligently at providing the customers with outstanding service and care.

They have sold the company to co-op taxi so I can no longer say what it is like to work for them seeing that it is under new management. that would be totally unfair. but it use to be very stressful work place, the practices were inconsistent.

I loved working here. The job was very simple and did not require me to do a lot. I can confidently say that this job improved my communication skills, since I constantly answering phone calls. The co-workers were very friendly and made me feel right at home.

Got to know the city really well.  Met some interesting people and learned how to deal with people of all categories.  Enjoyed driving in all types of weather.

As said this was not the most fast pace place to work.  I would normally just come in at night and take over from the afternoon dispatch.  After which i just mainly make sure drivers were on time and good for their pickups

Awful place to work! Paid pay!  The owners are awful!  And you get no benefits, help or chances to improve!  If you value your career look elsewhere that is for sure!
