The key to a good career with this company is to be prepared for the next day's tasks and to get up early. Driving a truck out of Stoney Creek is best when you get over the Skyway Bridge before 6 AM. If you don't, the traffic will soon pile up and you're crawling. Of course, the way home is a different story but the traffic is usually lighter at 3 PM than 5 or 6 PM. We talk about this on SLACK, which the company encourages, but some people just don't get it and always complain. The job gets stressful when trucks occasionally break down but what would you expect? One phone call to the supervisor gets the solution rolling and you got to go with the flow. Talk to any trucker - he or she will tell you the same thing. If you don't like that kind of stress, take up baking (which is a good job - no criticism intended). And no matter what, we always get paid for our hours.

The start day varied from day to day. Usually heading to customers from Windsor to Montreal. The vehicle was either between a straight truck, tanker/vac truck to tractor trailer depending on the job.
     I would arrive a designated customers to analyze onsite chemicals test for classification/ verification. I would then make sure chemicals were registered with MOE. Then complete manifest & BofL. Transport all Pick ups back to our main warehouse center. I attained a position of technician as well as AZ driver. My co workers were university chemical technicians & I was learning from the best!

Bad behavior from management. Constantly makes threats to lay you off on poor performance or lack of in his opinion. Cameras and video recordings throughout the place which management uses to threaten you. Some people are great but scared of management. Not a great place to work when yelled at all the time. Brings down confidence, poor performance and lack 
of producing new business. Family place. No room for growth and theyvare never wrong.

Please don’t even bother to apply for a job like this , management is unorganized, always talking  behind their employees backs ,very unprofessional manner.  they will talk to you as if you are a friend or someone you know for a long time - no sign of professionalism at all. So much about this company just don’t bother to waste your time with them .

Terrible place, management and equipment. Unsafe facility, some jobs are degrading and underpaying. Better off on welfare. Better have thick skin to work here

Office politics, nepotism, and a toxic environment run rampant in this company. Dont waste your time applying, this place is comical.  The sooner you realize you arent the owners blood the sooner youll realize you wont stay there long.

Productive, good pay, long hours, independent work pay is less compare to work. Manager and owner is very good and supportive. difficulty is they expecting everything from you . good for those who wants to work independent

Requires problem solving, organizational skills and timeliness. This job demands a lot from its employees but can also benefit them. Benefits and salary options are great, lots of overtime.

Job is very face paced but rewarding. Good people. Good help when needed.
Management is great. Pay is awesome. Social events. Great benefits. Great experience

Unless you are the owners blood or the owner knows you NEED the job, you will either be fired or realize how horrible an employer RPR is within 6 months.
