The management for the company is good. But there is to much gossip, if someone doesn't like you they will try to frame you to kick you out, or make you want to quit. Managers were fair. You need to pay for your uniform $150, and if you are terminated or quit, you need to bring your uniform to the cleaners which is around $70 and the company only reimburses the uniform cost, not the cleaners cost. So you're losing your money. And the uniforms are being charged full amount for something someone else may have already worn. Even though it's been cleaned, it's still used.

- It was easy to work full time, typical day is the same as every day, its just entering data and following procedures. The management was good. Co-workers are really nice and helpful. The training is well taught out. The hardest part of the job is really to make sure your information is 100% accurate. The most enjoyable part of my job was to meet the team, and days that weren't busy you can enjoy yourself and have a break.

I was with RSSI for 3yrs. The first 2 yrs was a pleasurable experience as my supervisor & leeds were supportive. Unfortunately the site became toxic because of the workplace culture. The most enjoyable was interacting with the RSSI team & some of the sites employees. The hardest part was to meet the demands of the of the client while keeping everyone happy and staying professional.

this company has poor management, high turn over rate and politics. RSSI doesn't know how to run a platoon and doesn't have operation managements for sites. a day at work is tough knowing that you will be short staff and management doesn't pay attention to their security guard. what i learned in this company is nothing.

Management is very helpful and supportive during the learning process, despite the amount of information thrown at me. The team I work with regular helps me out if I don't know the answer, or I make a mistake, and they do it without complaints, and without throwing me under the bus.

You do more data management type work than actual security work unless they put you at the front desk. Overall it's good for experience but wouldn't recommend being there for over a year. HR is useless and won't listen to any concerns you may have.

I have worked at logistics in motion in ajax (Now loblaws) and their brother site Aspect in pickering. THE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. The work is constant and verry repetitive. They do not care about their employees what so ever. Trust me when I say do not work here.

worst  company i have ever worked for. i dont ever wanna go back to the company or ever work for the for the management team. benefits arent that great too aswell.

Company was small but paid well depending which site you were at. Management was reachable and checked in often which I appreciated. I think a lot of factors depended where you were working. 

run away. run away quickly. never look back. they will hire you not train you even when you demand it and then fire you for not having the skills they need, even though they approached and hired you based on those skills...
