On the surface there is a lot to like about RTINGS.com. Your colleagues are definitely the best part, you're paid decently well, and they do try to offer generous benefits. If you're happy at a job where you can do your work and keep your head down, this place will be for you. 

However, the management team is problematic. There seems to be no upward trajectory for employees and communication across teams and from your managers is severely lacking. They try to give off the impression that employees matter, but ultimately they seem to just want people to be quiet, stay in their lane, and roll with all the upheaval, changes, and single-minded direction they're taking. 

Specifically, the management team struggles with time management but they seem unwilling to acknowledge their own shortcomings. As a result some teams are left floundering without any direction while others are having to work extra hours to complete their workload. They also seem pretty opposed to hiring from within and allowing people to make any meaningful career progression. There has been more employee turnover in recent years as a result of these issues. 

Rtings.com is the first company I have worked for that truly cares about what they do, who they do it for, and why they do it. They invest in their employees health, wealth and happiness, as well. It is the most healthy work life balance 
I have had in my professional career, and they keep one-upping the benefits and events year over year. 
Helping people find the best products for their needs has never been more fun and fulfilling! The website is truly an amazing product to use, and an even more amazing place to work. 

It's a fast-growing company with plenty of opportunities to advance your career, and they offer excellent work-life balance and benefits. The CEO truly cares about the employees and welcomes feedback and (constructive) criticisms, which is a first for me, and is one of the reasons I love working here.

The company also cares about what they do, which makes the job fulfiling. I work from home and love the autonomy I have (+ flexible hours), but I really enjoy going the company events - they keep getting better year after year.

Because the company is growing, there are a lot of changes that happen frequently, which can be stressful for some, but at the same time it makes the job exciting and rewarding.

While I didn't work very long for Rtings.com (about 6 months), I had a memorable experience. The company isn't to big at the time I was working there, around 7 people, so everyone basically knew each other and what each others roles were. The role I had was to review TVs, as well as answer users questions on the website. The job really allows you to expand your knowledge as well as advance in the workplace, which was a big thing for me because I always want to achieve new heights. I definitely recommend looking into a job here for anyone interested in tech like I am, and want to grow that.

Great company culture, friendly environment and great team to work with. Management is very approachable and does a great job in caring for the employees. Rtings has a results oriented approach towards work and allows you to balance work-personal life. A highly recommended company for anyone to join.

RTINGS.com is a company that balances both hard work and fun. Everyone has a voice here and there are plenty of opportunities where collaboration between different departments is encouraged. We promote having a fun environment as well and have numerous games and areas where all employees can unwind if they need to.

I just want to work for Rtings.com, because there offer plenty of carreer advancement opportunities. 

I guess that a single rutinary work day is very challenging and thriving working day!

I enjoyed my time at RTINGS. Management is supportive and will help you grow. The company is still young with lots of room for growth if things are done right.

Nice place to work. Great workers who are very knowledgeable. Tasks given were complex at times with reasonable time lines. Managers were available when needed.
