The people I had the opportunity to work with were great, although I think the structure needs alot more reform. I have yet to see many growth opportunities, all the same, the company does have alot to offer.

Nice place to work, Beautiful jackets and clothes. Working with many different personalities in management, too much turn over with staff, my typical day consisted of  invoicing, taking care of special orders and returns, we worked great as a team in my department. Organized and efficient.

Not a friendly environment to work.
Management is very poor.
Co-workers are not well trained & they are not skilled workers.
Getting help from the upper management is the hardest part at work.
Train new employee is the most enjoyable part at Rudsak.

After having worked in numerous Montreal retail companies, I can assure you that you can DEFINITELY do better than waste your time with this company. Do not waste your talents here....just do yourself a favor and move on!

Good place to learn about retail. production and design but not great for career advancement unfortunately. Not much benefits.. poor environment.  In-house talent is also very immature

Terrible company, management, upper management and unprofessional. Company does not know what they are doing. Consistant change in rules, inconsistent, product are not good quality.

Cant trust your own manager 

Enjoyable great work life balance run by people who are understanding and knowledgeable respect there employees understand things happen a great place to work

Cohiba the boss's dog will be your co-worker, cute and welcoming.
People there are very nice and caring, icon or classic. Management are easily approachable.
