On a daily basis you can see the physicians, managers , staff and volunteers living theses values through there interactions with patients, family and colleagues.

Alot of tasks in an 8 hr shift. Very physically demanding. There are clicks like highschool. People talk about you. Not fun. Managers first teach you fast and thats it. Way you. Relying on co workers for info is essential.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The support and leadership.  The ability to grow through free courses/programs that are offered.  

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The usual drama involving coworkers but that goes along with any place of employment

The patients were the most enjoyable part of my job.working with the ill made me appreciate how precious life is.Management were very helpful and understanding. I worked there right up to my 8th month of pregnancy. Staff showered my baby with gifts and words of encouragement .

As the title states, money is good, lots of experience in all areas of MDRD. But awful schedule of rotating days evenings and nights. A better work life balance would be better

Long time employee and she. Always enjoyed my time here great staff and group to grow in. Finding shifts when you first start can be a challenge but as seniority goes up and people leave expect tons of hours.

Fast paced, multitasking, know your job well environment. Good job, it is physically demanding. Loved communicating directly with the patients. I just kept my focus on the job at hand then went home. 

It is what it is. A hospital in the middle of a global pandemic. They are trying however they can't make new workers appear out of thin air. They have the supplies just are short staffed with illnesses. 

OK, good paying job. Excellent training.  Good department to work in.  Staff very helpful.  Very flexible.  Good experience.  Managers could use a little more training in dealing with matters concerning lack of work space ,

Great bunch of people to work with. Everyone works as a team.  Many opportunities for education and learning.  Every shift is different...sometimes there is alot going on and sometimes it's quiet
