A typical day at work would be doing all paper works before you start your job. I have learned to be more specific and precise as to what each weights called for. This company has a very good management and everyone works together to obtain a good production run. The hardest part of the job would be looking for the items you need to pack each products.Sometimes it would take us almost or sometimes more than 30 minutes to find the bottles, or caps, or the boxes.The most enjoyable part of the job is when people work together where we become one whole group. The only sad thing is there is no room for growth.

RW is one of those high turnover rate work places. The management are ok to start but the second something comes up, or even if you book a day off your schedule gets reduced greatly. Management seems to try to schedule you less also in an attempt to get you to quit and when you don’t let you go and chalk it up on your ROE as you quit so you can not be eligible for EI etc.

It’s better to keep your opinions to yourself there. Top management are certain they know all about everything. Level of professionalism is very low. Work can be bearable if you don’t have to interact with Senior Management.

I loves working with RW consumer products the company was caring and understanding and hours were very comfortable and courteous. Wages and benefits were very good and treated there workers very well. The coworkers were all nice and close, felt like family. Highly recommend for a good work environment 

Easy work but not enough good benefits to stay here, management is ok, not enough english speaking people here so if thats all you speak you will feel left out, 
Most people dont care about it, its a free for all place! 
Aswell, you may work only 3 days this week and 5 days next week 


I worked in the blow mould section in St Albert. Great people to work that work there but management doesn’t care. They are too concerned about COVID to worry about any other safety in that place. High turn over as they just treat you like a dime a dozen. 
WARNING....Turn around and run away.

Bad place.  Don't bother.

They don't pay.  Management don't care about you.  They lie to your face.

Benefits are a joke.  They say competitive but they have no idea.  Minimum wage job.  work at 7-11 instead.  7-11 treats their workers better.

Find somewhere else to work.  Will be better.  Anywhere else is better.

Not my line of work, but thanks for the opportunity. Im just glad I get to work somewhere different. Learnt something different, I just think it was not for me. You have to be fast and cant leave the line.

Don’t bother with this company. 
You get hired then you end up quitting cuz you’re bored with the job.
Work place culture is toxic, so is management.
Hard part about the job is the heat from the blowmolding machines.
