Job advancement is unclear because the company does not have structure, nor have they ever look to put in place a clear path for advancement. The only clear way to a promotion is to brown-nose upper management, or be senior from what I have witness. Hard work does not pay off.

Management is poor. Lack of communication between the top levels of directors and supervisors down to lower employees. Most news travels from the grapevine which turns into lots of negative rumors confusion and frustration.

Plant staff are generally good people to be around but the work force is subpar because supervisors and managers do not decipher who is a good or bad worker. Your job performance will go as far as to be noticed by peers but that’s where it stops so it is unmotivating. Staff are in fear of losing there job or experiencing layoffs because of poor upper management decisions. Radient Technologies is not yet secure place to work.  

The company has big dreams but they are slow to execute and the light at the end of the tunnel is closing in. I don’t see them ever reaching there goals. I hope they prove me wrong.

I have been laid off since March 2020. I was told the lay off would end in may, 6 months later I am still laid off with no update what so ever. The company claims the lay off is because of covid-19, but i know it's because they do not have funds to bring back majority of staff, let alone pay off vendors.

Most staff i worked with are good. I hope they all find new and better employment opportunities.  Management has run the company to the ground for the second time.

If your looking for a company that will delay your paycheck for 3 months, keep you in the dark, lie, and have no respect regarding employees, send in an application.

It's been nearly 2 years of working here. It was good at the start, but downhill since 2019.

Seek other employment.

Extremely awful management in some departments. No employee appreciation, employees are considered disposable assets. There is no formal training provided and when you don't meet their expectations, you are penalized. No appreciation shown by managers when you try to go above and beyond. Some of the management personnel lack training on how to manage or run a department. Lots of employees were fired during my time there. The hr manager at the time was the worst hr I have seen. Not approachable for employees and always sided with management. By now either employees including the upper management have left the company, were laid off or let go. Stay away from this company. 

My time at Radient has exceed my expectations. From management to their HR department, the flexible work hours and compensation. I have nothing but good things to say about Radient. My first day I completed Orientation with the Recruitment Coordinator who was very informative and made sure I had all the tools needed to be successful. I recieved a warm welcome from all of the staff and the best support from my manager everyday. Anyone who says HR is intimidating and the management is poor, clearly was unable to perform their job.

This is a great company and overall the people are amazing!!! The Management team, HR and Executives are so very supportive and helpful. Anyone who gives this company a bad review must be a bad employee or former employee who should not be here. I do wish the benefits were a bit better as they are expensive and I am a single parent. My first day was met with open arms and the orientation was so much fun. The HR department is the best I have work with. My direct Manager is so great he makes the work day fun and its easy to come to work every day!! I  hope to retire here!!!

Great people at all levels of the company - everyone is supportive of each other and has a great time together in accomplishing the mission.

The CEO and Management team are highly Motivated which brings much positive energy in the whole team. This is the definition of what a team should be.

I have never come across such company who has all the great qualities of Culture, Management, Career Advancement

Management - A couple of  gems but mostly they play the divide and conquer game.  Especially at the executive level. 
HR - The worst group I've ever met. You know you're working with the wrong company when you fear for your job when HR shows up.
General Staff - A bunch of really great people there.  Unfortunately,  management do not appreciate their only assets. Staff are disposable. 
Communication - Translucent peppered with falsehoods. 
Pay - Pay is decent which makes up for subpar benefits.

Funding has always been an issue with Radient Technologies, but the business model is strong and the world-class technology that the company owns should inevitably lead to its commercial success.

There was no communication between any departments, nor were there any management meetings. The employee morale was very low. Staff were afraid to question anything and as a result, the standard of quality dropped immensely. HR was completely unprofessional, and intimidation, bullying and gaslighting were a huge problem within the company.

Radient Technologies is a great company to work!
During the lab activities you can approach other scientists and they always help you. That is why things move on at Radient. There is no such competition.
Same as science directors! They are great and always ready to help you.
