In all honesty if you are looking for somewhere to just get a little extra money that fine. But if you care about your job and walk a career this is not the place.  They also make you drive the most absolute garbage equipment meaning their trucks are trash. They expect you to work all day in the hot weather and than jump into a truck with no air conditioning, to be honest that is now a health issue. It’s called heat exhaustion. That being said you are now a hazard to the road and you are not thinking straight.  
The money you make for the work and bullsh*t you have to deal with isn’t worth your time.  
Just stay away and go work for a more established company that looks after their trucks and equipment. 

A culture of not caring was prevalent throughout the whole business. People have given up trying, and it really shows. "Temporary" fixes that have been cobbled together over and over for years, equipment that is hopelessly out of date, and Management that treats everything as top secret., and everyone as the enemy. Truly one of the most incongruous interview to daily work I've ever seen.

•	Organized/arranged pallets to fit into tractor trailers, ensuring weight was distributed

•	Oversaw loading and unloading of goods from trucks
•	Inspected and verified incoming goods against invoices or other documents, recorded shortages and rejected damaged goods
•	Operated forklifts, hand truck or other equipment to load and unload materials

Customers vary greatly in attitude but most are good people to deliver to.

Supervisors are good people but upper management can be a mess some days.

Maintenance is almost non-existent and takes a very long time for even simple stuff to get fixed.

If the company invested more in their equipment and facilities it would be far better off in the long run.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing is good.  Management are all liars.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working with supervisor.  Too pushy.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Too hard and too much stress.  Culture sucks.  President knows nothing

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Hard work in the cold or heat.

As payroll and benefit coordinator I worked closely with management and the owner. The company morale was good but could be better. 

The owner is very involved in the company and his intentions are to have great staff making great products to service the Sudbury and outlaying areas.

If you need to get experience, and you are willing to be overworked for the pay in a poorly managed environment. This will suit you well, until you receive your next offer.


Poor management, cheap stingy owner, horrible decision makers and non qualified individuals. One year waiting period to receive benefits. . The place is a total mess. Everything is old and broken. I have no idea how they pay wages! 

The management team are so wonderful. The supervisory team is okay. The workers are wonderful! The work is hard and the pay is okay. But there is a lot of heart there. 

Good place to work, can be stressful but which places aren't in the summer, mgmt. needs some work but overall a good place to work and advance.  I loved my co-workers
