Review: 

This company exhibits a highly unstable work environment characterized by a lack of long-term strategy and a short-sighted vision. Unfortunately, there's a notable trend of periodic layoffs due to the frequent loss of projects. 

The lack of stability and consistent direction makes it challenging for employees to feel secure in their roles and plan for the future. It's clear that there is a need for greater focus on establishing a solid foundation and implementing strategies for sustainable growth.

Overall, the company's tendency towards short-term thinking and instability raises concerns about its ability to provide a reliable and fulfilling work experience for its employees.

Rangle was great, woking there fells like you are in a young Silicon Valley Startup company with a very relaxed culture but at the same time you can feel safe and respected as it was (at my time there) a medium sized company, very organized, with amazing and disciplined managers and great caring human resources personal. The culture was great and the company was very committed to provide the best experience possible to their employees as well as the best service/products to their clients.

The only thing is that the salary wasn't very competitive with the "industry" standards.

But that is understandable.

Highly secretive environment much goes on meeting after meeting but nothing is shared if you are not invited - CEO was hardcore developer and does not lead as a CEO every client conversion goes back to Dev ops and continuous deployment - a lead developer running a company. Massive space in high end office tower with more than half of it empty not good use of expensive real estate. RFP and quotes were said to be 10 times higher than other agencies. Value Prop is that they are ' rangle' so a bit head in the cloud syndrome.

They were the type of company you'd be searching for but it's changed as it's trying to grow too fast without properly thinking about their people and how it'll affect them. Output is weighing more heavily on true valued outcomes.

It's unfortunate as this company had incredible potential to be something more, but has turned into the typical company you can't stay for long.

It was a great company to work for as it is more focused on the Javascript stack and for a front end developer, there are lots to learn. The people also are awesome and can pick up additional learning/side projects if we wish so. Salary is pretty competitive and location-wise, right at the doorstep of Union station. The only downside is the constant layoffs that brings in quite a lot of instability as to, no one knows when the next layoff will be.

If newly graduates, this is great to work as first full time job, as a developer. 
Company gives free lunch on Friday , able to setup one on one chat with your manager

Lots of interesting projects, but this is a javascript shop with lots of people without a CS degree.  I bit too clique for me, though everyone was super nice and supportive.  My project had meat but I don't think others did.

Company was doing great overall, until their constant lay offs. Had very competitive salary, friendly co-workers. It is an awesome place to be. Only hard part sometimes is dealing with remote clients

Rangle.io is a great startup agile web development company.  Fun culture surrounded by great talent.  You are also well aligned with technical support throughout the sales cycle.

Too many cooks in the kitchen trying to organize multiple international offices (poorly) and pushing for growth when they should be focusing on practice
