We had a monthly BQ   and was very good...

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Dealing with management...over worked under payed for what we had to do....not being listened too...they ly to us ...do not tell us the real truth on  what's going on...

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Unsafe and part of it they over work the staff, and they dont care about  our feelings or feed back...

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It's all about getting  enough quota  done  and they where do what ever it takes to achieve  that goal...even if it puts there employees  at RISK....

When you are new here not a part of the group , they give daily task out to the veterans and you get the scraps.  
I didn't learn much here  I can repair cracks just fine before I worked here .learned the team leads are inappropriate to staff,that don't know much at all . Management just as bad really and they trust their staff when they are not good trades people.  Overall don't take a job here unless it's filler to get you by to another one . Low pay  insufficient benefits , only 3 or 4 people that actually have a personality the rest are just company robots and are miserable.

The heat and a lot of noise in the company.

Saf environment with a nice team

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
 my typical day is Monday to Friday

The owner of the company is a great guy and has a really cool, unique vision for the company but unfortunately he is obvious to how cutthroat and nepotistic the shop-welder culture really is . Its more of the same that you will see in other facilities in Edmonton.  Like a bunch of crabs trying to crawl out of a bucket pulling each other back in .

Company used to be good. Went down hill in the last 6 months managment stopped caring about employees and only cares about themselves. They use the cameras that were installed when the place opened to monitor people and not for there intended purpose  Also wages have been cut so you will be the lowest paid jman in the city at 34 an hour

It is a good company, those of us who work are treated very well, there is respect, its managers are pleasant and friendly, the workspaces are optimal to do what is done, the work environment is quiet and there is good communication.

whats missing that would make a difference is authentic leadership with integrity , otherwise  good shifts , people , clean shop  , this company is not afraid to take on new things.

Most people that work there regularly talk bad behind everybody's back and supervisors are just as bad. There was no communication about what needed to be done and everybody just did whatever they wanted to.

Overall culture is fun and tolerant but it sometimes feels like more effort can go into the products versus the advertising.  The pay is decent and it's a great place to work but feels more like a job than a career.

This was one of the best companies as a welder that I have worked for.  Great management and awesome pay.  They will look out for you and simply show it
