Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery

If you are not family or haven't worked there long they will leave you out and treat you like a minority. There were about 5 new staff when I started there and we all felt so un important. They give new staff the worst jobs and act cliquey like high school. The management is awful the only perk from working there is I appreciate my new job so much because working there was so bad. I feel like I literally have trauma from being treated so badly and working 11am-3:30am every weekend. It was just awful 

Was hired to get their warehouse in order. Never got the chance. They were more reactive with other issues. My direct manager was great to work with !

Ravine is a great local winery with a family run feel. All the staff here have been so welcoming, and you often see the family (owners) around the property helping keep it looking clean/ decorating. 
You truly feel like part of the family and all ownership and management make a point to get to know you, and remember your name. 


A fantastic place to work with very friendly & supportive staff!  It's a fast paced environment where everyone is highly motivated to succeed together; an excellent place to learn and creatively challenge yourself! Every day is unique, engaging and fun.

Ive never seen a company with so much money, that boasts about their highest sales in past years, without the will to spend it on the essential employees that make them a successful business. 

You can't beat the vibe and culture at Ravine!  It's such a fun place to work during Niagara's busy time - and some good perks as well :). Owners genuinely care about the community and making the property the best place to visit for tourists and locals alike.

I can’t say enough great things about working at Ravine. Management, staff, everyone is so kind. It’s like a family. I loved my time there. I will probably go back. Event serving is tough work.

Considerable volume of customers during peak season at small boutique winery. Great opportunity to create amazing customer experiences, but occasionally hindered by family owner/operators.

Such a great place to work, management is very nice and overall they have a great support system. Loved working here, they are very helpful with accommodations for days off needed

Working at Ravine Vineyard was fun and engaging. You met people from all walks of life and the weddings there are truly beautiful. The event servers and bartenders are amazing
