A typical day at work is cleaning, finding products, boxing and shipping.

I learned a lot about the product and general shipping & receiving skills.

Management is a bit odd.

Employees fired for no reason using loopholes in job title changes.

Relaxed workplace.

It is quite a physical place to work with no automation unless you count a forklift and the slow computers.

I have worked with Rearz Inc off and on for a few years.  They have always been more then fair to their employees both in compensation and in justifiable requests for time off.  There have been staffing issues at times (which is usually when I get called in) but even with minimal staffing this job is still far less work then most typical warehouse/production jobs I've ever had.

I enjoy the consistent work hours and fair pay. Thanks to technology, I love that I can work from home and still have strong communication with my boss. We work together to determine my priorities each day. The most enjoyable and rewarding part of my job is seeing the end result of a product that I've helped to design. 

Not to many people can say they love there job but I'm one of the lucky ones that can say I Do. Give you a good feeling inside knowing the packages your sending out are helping special needs people / elderly anybody how needs them.

It's a simple shipping company build orders and evey week or so so have to unload a truck not a big deal.



The workplace is very welcoming, time is taken to train, and lots of opportunities to grow. Lots of products are made in-house so great being a part of a Canadian-owned and operated company. Work can be challenging but with the training and pay rate, it is a great opportunity. 

A typical day is picking, boxing, and shipping products.

Management is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever met, I am aware of the probation period and it's rules but they don't handle things well and don't know have to keep good workers or treat people with respect.

Rearz was an awesome job if you can make it past 3 to 6 weeks as I seen at least 10 people in and out in less than a year in which case you are left alonealot and made to take responsibility for every issue or mistake that is made.

Pick and pack orders from order sheets.
Friendly  place to work at, easy going place to work. Always something to do and never bored.
Clean work place. Very low stress job. You are treated like person there and you valued as a person and employee. 

One of the cleanest warehouses I've seen, working alongside alongside with a great team. I appreciated the attention to work safety and employees. I loved the snacks in the lunchroom.

Helped with events throughout the year. Was always fun and engaging. Was able to show my creative side and have fun while doing it. Would recommend this workplace for anyone who is looking for a fun open minded workplace accepting of all.
