What is the best part of working at the company?
Good team/support staff. They help and the environment is really good. Keep you motivated and they are supporting your success

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They are a developing company. Although they have everything in place to be a success. Sometimes the information isn't as readily available. That's the only stress lol

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's been amazing. Supportive staff and colleagues. My manager is supportive, motivational and understanding. He does his best to understand your situation and help you. Culture, growth mindset and just doing the best for clients

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I'm remote basically. Go to my appointments, meet leads or prospects. Generate interest/sales. Enter things into SF. Weekly meetings.

Get there do ur walk around on ur machine, talk to the floor lead hands 2 c what they need make sure everyone has what they need to keep production line goin. Load n unload trucks while doin other general duties all day long, pick orders. Learned tips on the machine n how there company makes there product, Management is great always there if u have any questions. Co-workers r a good bunch of people that u can share a laugh with while staying on ur tasks. Hardest part i would have to say is when u have truck after truck coming in n out while u need to make sure everywhere is stocked up so production line keep's goin expecially when its only you n 1 other. Learning new things that i didnt know before to better myself in simuler situations.

FIRST AND FOREMOST - I would like to state that the company is undergoing a huge management overhaul and is TRYING to change. 
That being said, I don't know if they actually WILL.

The staff, aside from the management, were wonderful. I made some great friends while I was there... although we were all submerged in a stressful environment we had each others backs.
all in all... there are worse places to work, and better places to work. 

My recommendation is: It's a good opportunity to work there. you may not get raises, and you may not make a whole lot of money, but it's a great place to build experience.

Recochem Inc. has been a mainstay in the automotive chemical industry for 65 years. With age has come experience in this market but has also caused some stagnation. The company direction is not very clear currently. A company of this caliber should be able to take some risks and be an industry leader but they have consistently been playing catch-up with their competitors.

New ideas are seen as too risky and the mantra of "if it isn't broke, don't fix it" prevails day to day. This has caused the workplace environment to become stuck in the past and is still a bit of a "boys club", which is unacceptable in today's world.

The compensation and benefits provided are good but one must always to remember to sell themselves come review time, pay increases are minimal.

First hired as a General Helper through an agency, started off on production line at the Labeller station dropping bottles. 

Then moved to palletizer station where learned to operate machines and fill out work orders, while also logging downtime reports. 

During different seasons learned how the 10L DEF line operates, and how to handle robot when there are jam ups. 

Still a General Helper
Was told would become a Filline Operator, that still hasn't happened. 
Was told getting a raise, didn't receive raise. 
Was told would be in Lean Training, was not put in course. 
Received other false promises, there is no future career with this company.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The managent team and friendly atmosphere.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I do not know any. On my side of responsabilities, from de point of view everything runs smoothly 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Cooperation, adaptation. The company is open to new ideas.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Daily tour around production line, checking emails, preparing my daily morning report for our daily meeting. Meeting employees and making sure safety is the priority

I learned to run machinery in different areas of the factory. I worked with different cultures. There were times we brought in people to train and sometimes it worked out but sometimes it didn't. 
In the job you had to be able to be organized, able to read and understand orders. You had to double check on the orders in case they changed. I learned how to work with people that you don't always understand. By this I mean if they had a strong accent or spoke another language. 
I enjoyed the hours that I worked and my partner who I worked with.
It was an good learn experience.

When you work with people who don’t understand how to work fast fast

So great have respect to everyone and work as team

Management doesn't communicate well with each other. Some complains are listened to, most aren't. Hard workers can get overlooked and not much positive reinforcement is given to them. Management would rather push production as fast as they can rather than taking the time to figure out problems within the line.

Management is indecisive, often changing hours with minimal notice or even cancelling shifts. It makes it difficult to plan life around work. The people who work there are definitely the most enjoyable part of the place, possibly the only thing that makes working there bearable.
