I never felt so appreciated working for a company than RecordXpress. My managers and supervisors was knowledgeable and gave me all the tools needed and if I had a question, they would take the time to sit down with me and explain what I needed to do. I enjoyed doing something new that I haven’t done before and I had found a job that gave me purpose after each day. I found the staff amazing, if I was stuck on something and I needed help, they would quickly come to my rescue and help me with whatever challenge I was facing.

What is the best part of working at the company?
most of the people really do care.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
while others are just there for a pay check.  Management at the corporate level does not want to listen

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
very fast paced, most times training is very limited

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
go by fairly quickly, your priorities change in a heartbeat

poor pay and poor management. lots of work and little pay.

unprofessional environment, physically and mentally draining. not worth it. go elsewhere where its more professional and not toxic environment. regional manager in Toronto needs  professional management training.

I have worked for RecordXpress in Calgary for nearly 2 years, and it has be an excellent experience. Everyone works together which helps create a great dynamic, as well as good morale. They will look to hire from within for positions as the company grows, and there is still TONS of growth upcoming.

If you are a looking for a stable job in an office or warehouse, this is the job for you. However if you have a DZ license, there is better out there for you than this company, chances of increased wages are slim at best.

It's very comfortable working place
And all the staff are friendly and helpful to each other.,Once a while we have make some funny activity like movie pop corn and some sports .

Extremely underpaid for the amount of work they ask you to do. It is impossible to get a raise. They dont set you up to be successful within the company. Minimal to no training provided, unrealistic expectations. 

they let you run your own show! as long as the numbers are there everyone is happy. nice holiday celebrations. management is fair and experienced..

The staff was very helpful and I felt that they simply wanted me to succeed. The work was challenging, and some of the tasks were enormous and only got partially completed.

the culture is quite unprofessional
i don’t see how they’re going to evolve with their current staff, offered wages, and business disorganization (no WFH, value time more than productivity)
