If I did not have to move I would still be working with Red Arrow. Working here is like working with your best friends and family. Teamwork and positive attitude are part of the 10 core values and they live up to them.  Through my years at Red Arrow my confidence has grown ten fold and I will have support for life. It is not a super hard job but does have aspects that make it challenging. I would definitely recommend anyone to work or even just travel with Red Arrow.

Loved my time at Red Arrow Motorcoach. I could not have asked for a more accepting and supportive company. The management is awesome, easy to talk to. There wasn't a day I didn't want to be at work. The only downfall I would have to say is that Part Time employees aren't given the option of getting benefits and they hire everyone part time...

Red Arrow is a great place to work. Flexible working hours, great co-workers and amazing Managers (Especially at the Downtown Calgary office) There was always a ton of support available. The hardest part of the job for me, was making the decision to move and leave Red Arrow and my amazing co-workers behind.

This company believes in lien staffing which makes it difficult to get time off. Even though you are hired part time, you can work up to 7 days in a row & staff expected to work long hours, especially if someone on the team is sick or not enough staff.
Low wages, no benefits but incentive $ after 6 months if you do your job.

I cant say stay away from here enough.  The company was good when I started but steadily went down hill.  Their tag line is safely home which I think they go out of their way to not follow.  I had an issue at work with violence and was treated terribly.   I can not stress enough that the environment is extremely unsafe and somehow even after a huge incident it just got worse.


Very busy place huge turnover in staff the manager was sometimes very difficult but I feel if it wasn't for her I would not be where I am today. she taught me a lot and was a great help.

I’ve been working for Red Arrow for just short of a year. 
My manager has been understanding of all situations which may arise when you’re a mother or just in general life. 
I’m more than happy with my employment.

Its a very relaxed place to work, but the management really does not have your back. It's a a good job. Some days are extremely slow and there is alot of downtime between calls if you are on the phones.

I didn't stay at red arrow for very long, but the staff was nice, and the hours were good. The manager at the time let me go days after I told her that I was pregnant.

No issues, they do what they say. 
Everyone's helpful in getting things done.
Feel like family. 
Time off is negotiated,   usually with no issues.
Dispatch girls are great at responding right away.
